Не новый отель, но все чисто и опрятно. Жили на 51м этаже с прекрасным видом. Разнообразные завтраки. Отличное расположение. Приветливый персонал. Бассейн внутри.

Расположение очень удобное , рядом находиться большой торговый цент. В номере очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Вид из номера прекрасный.

хорошо, как обычно. Рестораны вокруг тоже отличные. Температура в комнате сейчас просто отличная.

It was a great hotel. We stayed in a themed room, it is without a view. Kind of weird shaped but was good and served its purpose. The location is good and easy to get around. The air condition was not working so for hot sleepers it was a bit frustrating, other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend for the location, service and breakfast was ok.

Very convenient place to stay for business as leisure

Excellent stay. Spacious room, great amenities. Very clean and classy atmosphere. Good facilities for children. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super value for money hotel ! Big room with separate kitchen ( with washing machine ) and bedroom . Top notch location . However , if would be more appreciated if the receptionist and waitresses could use more smiles and greetings.

I have stayed 9 nights then an additional two nights in this service apartment. Located right in the middle of the CBD with easy access to the subway station. The view on the 41st floor was amazing. The cooking facilities and washing machine made travelling easier. My butler Phoebe was very attentive and always look after my needs. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when I am in Wuxi in the future. P.S. There are not many hotels in Wuxi that have swimming pools. Ascott central has a nice indoor pool which I used every night. There is also a spa, a steam room and a sauna. Unfortunately the spa and the sauna were not functional during my stay.

We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

This hotel offered a fantastic stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, efficient staff. The convenient location made exploring the city easy, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options. While the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, the overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s an amazing tall and beauty service apartment locating at the central down town surrounding by many shopping malls, shops and restaurants.

Hotel location is good but not same is photo. Very old and not clean , many 2-3 star hotel in China better than this hotel

Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment size for 5, and the amenities they provided. Staying at Ascott was the best way to start the holiday and our parents are extremely pleased with Ascott, with Wuxi.
