Комната была старой, дверца шкафа не закрывалась. В отзывах других людей говорилось, что обслуживание хорошее, но я этого не почувствовал. Мы приехали в полночь, на стойке регистрации было три человека, а я была одна с двумя детьми. Никто не помог мне донести багаж. Больше всего хочется пожаловаться на завтрак. Ничего невозможно было есть. Яйца вкрутую были холодными, яичница была холодной, а лапша была настолько невкусной, что это невозможно описать. Сколько я путешествовал, никогда не ел такого отвратительного завтрака.

Обслуживание: Я считаю, что обслуживание в этом отеле действительно отличное👍🏻. Будь то на стойке регистрации или персонал отеля. Расположение: До туристического центра Трех ущелий можно дойти пешком за пять минут. У нас было достаточно времени после завтрака в ресторане, чтобы туда добраться. Через дорогу находится пешеходная улица и Wanda Plaza. Чистота: Общественные зоны отеля чистые, а удобства в номере довольно новые. Главное, что чисто, это очень хорошо👍🏻

Room very clean & spacious, staff friendly though little english speaker. Only 3 minute walk to Three Gorges Visitor Centre.

Located across Wanda Plaza full options of shopping and eatery. The hotel staff were very friendly, we really loved the welcoming package. They were fresh produce 🥰. The sweetest cherry tomatoes I had ever eaten. Breakfast are also very generous spread. In our bathroom there was a bottle of handwash laundry detergent, which was very handy. And in the afternoon the hotel also served the famous local dessert.

Great price, may be it's in the weekday. Front desk services excellent. Facility is old but keeping clean. Free oranges and small package of snacks at the front desk. Good location if going to river cruise. Large mall nearby.

Great Hotel we'll located in the heart. Near tourist center and only a 20yuan ride to the station. The bed was super comfortable. The laundry was great. The reception staff were very helpful with translating English. The gymnasium is a waste of space. A poor quality treadmill and bicycle were the only exercise equipment. They should have some weights and some more apparatus. Walmart is a five minute walk away. Plenty of eateries nearby.

Room is clean, staff are very friendly. The only problem was the elevator , there’s only two elevators for the building in the morning it takes so long to wait for it.

Vienna International Hotel is a lovely hotel and highly recommended. Parking is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the prices are affordable. The environment is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and it is always my first choice for accommodation. Very satisfied.

The hotel was perfectly ubicated, rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! But the best was the staff. Su Su helped us a lot with the booking of the 3 gorges dam activitiy and also helped us with a taxi to pick us up in time to the station!!! Definately i would recommend to everyone to come here!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in order to catch river cruise and took the city tours as well. The hotel is located next to the cruise customer services center and close to a large shopping center. Overall the hotel provides reasonable services. Stalls are friendly and helpful. 我們在酒店住了兩晚，以便乘坐遊船，並參加了城市遊覽。 酒店毗鄰郵輪客戶服務中心，靠近大型購物中心。 整體來說，酒店提供了合理的服務。很友好，樂於助人。

With all the good things about this hotel, it may have become too popular to feel crowded, especially at breakfast time with only two small elevators.
