Very disappointed and i would not recommend this place, it took us an hour to get to the parkplatz . The bed was was small and constant noise from roads

Lovely room with everything you needed and a comfy bed. Only issue is the Wi-Fi isn’t strong enough so couldn’t connect. (Room 4)

The location is definitely good but the wifi is super bad, there is even no wifi connection in my room and the room has a strong smell like no one live for a long time.

After 6 nights camping and 1 overnight bus, I had the best night's sleep of my life here. Honestly, we must have slept for about 12 hours - and the bed was very comfy which definitely helped. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a little kitchenette including a fridge and cooker, along with a warm shower and little balcony area. Tea, coffee available etc. Location wise, it was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which was convenient for us as that's how we were travelling, and also a 1 minute walk from McDonalds. About a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and perhaps 20 minutes to the Old Town.

These are basic accommodations in a good location. The check in procedure is very confusing since there is no one on sight. After a couple phone calls to the manager we got it figured out so that she could give us the access code to get in our room. In their information they need to explain that the entrance to the apartment is from Mcdonald's drive through. It does not have good "curb appeal". The first thing you see when you arrive are a block of apartments that are permanently occupied which look very dingy and messy. The back half of the building are the Guverna rentals which are much nicer. The AC unit was finicky but we finally selected the right setting and it worked reasonably well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old city of Zadar.

We stayed here for one night at the start of May, rooms were clean spacious, tidy and modern. Only issue we had was the air con wasn’t working as it was still in winter mode, despite the temperature outside being warm. Rooms are in a good location, an easy place to get taxis into the old town. To find the car park, it needs to be better signposted to come in through McDonald’s.
