Было очень приятно. Номер был большим и чистым, и было четыре варианта подушек. В представительском лаунже на пятом этаже была вкусная еда, и мы часто там останавливались и не хотели уходить. Персонал тоже был очень гостеприимным.

However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal. The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Being engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK. Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night. Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas. This hotel is a small hidden gem. I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on) The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅) The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it. The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable Everything was spot on clean flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room. The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!! No kettle or tea/coffee in the room 2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2, Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks Overall I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

Гигиена хорошая, но в ресторане мухи. Хорошее расположение, недалеко от аэропорта Хорошие удобства, бассейн и гриль-бар. Сервис: В ресторане есть официанты, которые не говорят по-английски, а некоторые официанты не очень позитивны и нуждаются в улучшении.

旅館地處市中心，對面是清真寺。旅館標四星，看上去是新建的或新裝修的，雙床房的房間比較寬敞，乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，有礦泉水、浴衣，但沒有拖鞋，被子衹有一條，是可以覆蓋雙床的大被子，我們其中一位比較尷尬，衹能穿着浴衣睡覺。早餐沒什麼特別，與一般的旅館沒什麼區別。總體感覺，性價比較低，房價是我們突尼斯此行比較貴的。

Отдыхали в этом отеле в Тунисе и остались очень довольны! Особенно понравились вкусные и разнообразные завтраки — всегда свежие продукты, большой выбор блюд. Пляж чистый, с мягким песком и удобными лежаками, приятно проводить там целый день. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Мухамеду — он заселил нас раньше положенного времени, что было очень приятно после долгой дороги. Отличное место для спокойного отдыха, обязательно вернёмся!

Я забронировал одноместный номер эконом-класса. В первую ночь уличное освещение было слишком ярким. Между номером и коридором было только матовое стекло, которое не могло блокировать свет. Я совсем не мог спать. После моей жалобы на следующий день свет в коридоре на ночь выключили, что стало гораздо лучше. Персонал отеля был очень внимательным и отзывчивым.

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте,все основные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности и до станции Тунис Марин,откуда отправляются трамваи и автобусы в Карфаген и Сиди Бу Саид,идти минут 10 по главному бульвару. От ж/д вокзала до отеля примерно минуты три. Рядом с отелем есть продуктовые магазины,например известная сеть Монопри. Сам отель чистый,ухоженный. Персонал очень приятный, всё доступно объясняют,при выезде вызвали нам такси до аэропорта. Что касается завтраков,то он на любителя. Мне не повезло, я ни ем ни йогурты,ни джемы,ни масло, но зато был очень вкусный багет и очень вкусный какой - то натуральный напиток на завтрак, я даже не поняла,что это,видимо морс,ну очень вкусно)) плюс постоянно питьевая вода давалась. Общие впечатления об отеле очень хорошие!
