The hotel is beautiful. Amazing room and no hassle with check-in and check-out. The room I initially had was on a lower floor and unfortunately I could hear the person above me walking and that was disturbing. The hotel wasted no minutes to move me to an upper room when I reached out to them, so 10/10. The bath, room and bedding were amazing. Few issues: 1)There is not enough lighting in the room, and at night, it’s difficult if you need to do something and require lights. There are only nightstands, no main light. The windows are small. See picture. 2) For the price I paid, I was expecting a decent breakfast. The breakfast provided was insulting. Cold croissants, chocolate blueberry and lemon muffins, instant oat, hot water, coffee and juice, banana, apple. For the price you pay per night, you will at least expect some hot food. Even one to two-stars motels in Canada provide toast, butter, and eggs. There was not even toast, or milk! You need to use numerous small milk pods to make your oats or coffee, which is a plastic waste. That was disappointing and I understand the hotel wants to save expenses and be more profitable, but I guess it’s business. 3) There is no gym, not even a treadmill. 4) The escalator does not go to the fourth floor, but no big deal. In saying so, the hotel is located in downtown, where all food places and bars are, so location wise it’s a win. If you do not have to stay in downtown, and want a hotel with amenities, there are better options in St John’s. One recommendation would be I H G ones.

Everything was great. Super clean, comfy beds and awesome selection of pillows. Big hot tub but the pool was kinda small but definitely worked for us (not complaining just saying). The staff was lovely and helpful. The location was

Beautiful view.all facilities are clean especially the restaurant area the server was indeed a good employee.he was so approachable and could handle lots of guests very well. The front office person as well is accommodating and friendly

За деньги, должно быть гораздо больше. Проверка на переднем столе была дружелюбной, но вообще не информативной. Это было просто взять ваш ключ и вы уйдете. Я должен был вернуться 3 раза, чтобы получить больше информации о wifi PW и т. д. Для лагеря рядом с холмом мало что делать. Они должны предоставить возможность арендовать велосипед или отправиться на более чем 10-минутный поход к водопаду. Очень красиво и все, но практически ничего не делать там. Так что не ожидайте этого. Был совет по кипению воды, и я спросил о воде, и на переднем столе сказал, что в комнате есть бутылки воды, но их не было, поэтому мне пришлось вернуться на передний стол и принести их сам. Это было раздражающе.

Reception not very cooperative when trying to exted stay. Informed that all rooms are boked. We extended twice on Internet! We asked for upper floor and were told that all rooms on upper floors have only one bed which of cause was not truth. The rest was OK.

No exhaust in the washroom, need to call to complete the expected amenities such as slippers, etc. and the room that I got has no view. The pool was not warm enough so we and the other guests who swimming in there didn’t enjoy it much.

As there are not many hotel choices in Stephenville, this hotel was a nice surprise since they don’t have much competition. It was as expected from the Days Inn chain, nice big room and clean and the aircon worked smoothly. The only issue was that the water pressure was quite low and the hot water took forever to come. The price point is quite high for this type of hotel but as I stated before, there are not many options and there is no competition. Also breakfast was not included in the price. I would stay at this hotel again but not at this price point
