В номере было слишком темно, а кнопка смыва в туалете не работала. Просто невероятно, что нам пришлось заплатить 5 евро за обслуживание номеров, когда мы позвонили и попросили принести вилку и нож в номер. Нас было двое, и на второй день официант поменял нам только одно банное полотенце, но не заменил использованную зубную щётку и шапочку для душа. Такому высококлассному пятизвёздочному отелю действительно нужно улучшить качество обслуживания!

Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

В первый день номер был очень чистым, но качество уборки, которая проводилась каждые три дня после нашего пребывания, можно было бы улучшить. В остальном всё было очень хорошо. Персонал на стойке регистрации был дружелюбным и оперативно помогал в решении любых вопросов. Обстановка была тихой и спокойной. Для передвижения по окрестностям придётся арендовать автомобиль, а парковка платная.

Очень хороший отель. Сервис отличный. Прекрасный персонал, нам понравилось наше пребывание. Великолепный бассейн и джакузи

This is a beautiful atmospheric hotel with a beautiful location and the rooms have wonderful views over the mountains. Worth booking for this alone- you won't regret it!  I have graded as 4 star not 5 because there was no wifi in our room and sometimes no 4G either meaning we had to sit in the lobby to do admin. Also the bath didn't work properly and there was not enough hot water for a bath on either of the occasions we tried. To be fair we didn't raise this as an issue.  The meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent and we used an Amigo voucher to get it free on one day. Breakfast was very expensive though so we didn't have one again which was inconvenient because of the hotel's location and lack of food to buy elsewhere. There seemed to be alcohol on offer for breakfast- maybe remove this and keep prices down! The spa looked lovely but we couldn't justify the extra cost of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.  Overall we had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the facilities. Offering cheaper breakfasts and spa entry would turn a great experience into an absolutely amazing one.

Абсолютно потрясающий отель! У меня буквально перехватило дыхание, когда я вошел. Весь персонал потрясающий и очень дружелюбный. Номера и территория невероятно чистые. Бассейны потрясающие (есть более оживленные и более тихие, так что недостатка в вариантах нет). Пляж и магазины находятся в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Еда потрясающая! Здесь есть что-то для каждого: шоу, спорт, бассейны, шопинг. Я просто не могу достаточно похвалить этот курорт!! Мы обязательно вернемся.

Я хотел бы выразить искреннюю благодарность за чудесные впечатления, которые я получил от недавнего пребывания в вашем отеле. С самого момента прибытия я был впечатлен высоким уровнем обслуживания и вниманием к деталям, проявленным вашим персоналом. Номер был безупречно чистым и хорошо оборудованным, со всеми удобствами, необходимыми для комфортного и спокойного отдыха. Мне особенно понравился вкусный завтрак «шведский стол» и потрясающий вид из номера. Прежде всего, я хочу поблагодарить ваш персонал за их теплоту и гостеприимство. Они сделали все возможное, чтобы я почувствовал себя желанным гостем и мое пребывание было приятным. Я обязательно порекомендую ваш отель своим друзьям и коллегам и с нетерпением жду возможности снова остановиться у вас в будущем. Впечатления от пребывания здесь гораздо лучше, чем в отеле H10 Atlantic. В этом отеле я несколько раз сталкивался с дискриминацией. Еще раз спасибо за прекрасный отдых. Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the strip. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!
