Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

Номер был хорошего размера, безупречный и с очень удобным матрасом. Душ был немного тесноват, но более чем достаточен; завтрак был с обслуживанием официанткой, что было здорово, и был хороший выбор. Персонал был услужливым и терпеливым, особенно когда пытался поставить машину на парковочное место для Определенно рекомендую этот отель

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

В ванной нет пробки для ванны, необходимо заранее спросить на стойке регистрации. Если вам нужно толстое одеяло, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с сотрудниками стойки регистрации заранее. Чистота в номере очевидна и хороша.

El hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacionarse cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacionarse cerca. The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

超出預期的好，有露台，可以看到山上的景點，有相機的這裏最好，有免費停車場，有酒吧可以早點，不貴。房間很大，床很大，衞生間也很大，住起來很舒服，非常適合度假，但要有車才方便。

Все очень хорошо. Некоторая нехватка организации между приемом и уборкой. Поскольку уборщики заходят в комнату, чтобы проверить, занята ли она, это происходит в 8:15. Я подумал, что это может быть ошибка, но когда мы вернулись в номер после завтрака, то увидели тот же случай в другой комнате, тоже занятой. В остальном все идеально

Расположение хорошее, в самом сердце старого города. Отель и номера средние/хорошие. Мы хорошо провели время. Однако всё это впечатление было испорчено отвратительным обслуживанием официантки во время завтрака. Официантка была холодна и, казалось, была в очень плохом настроении. Зал для завтрака был закрыт на верёвку, пока официантка не подошла и не стала медленно проверять посетителей по одному. Официантка была невежлива и даже говорила посетителям, как есть определённым образом. Рейтинг отеля был бы намного выше, если бы официантки были лучше обучены.
