It is close to Cambridge university and quite convenient to anywhere you wanna visit, the room is lovely with Cam river view. The stuff are all kind and supportful, I have to give my biggest thanks to stuff Emma who is so nice and unforgettable . Will absolutely choose this hotel next time when i am in Cambridge .

We absolutely loved the Hotel and would nightly recommend. Lots of room so our daughter felt like she had her own little area. Breakfast was of a high standard. My only criticism is I couldn’t open the bedroom windows . There is only AC. As a woman of a certain age this wasn’t helpful. Otherwise I wholeheartedly recommend..

Had trouble with hot water on shower control,very hot fine for me but would be concern for children  The control needs looking at The room was very clean and the facilities were good would recommend to anyone

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

This is a very retro and very beautiful hotel. The boy at the reception was very friendly and recommended travel routes for me. The breakfast was also good. If I travel to Cambridge next time, I will still choose this hotel.

房間雖然小了點兒但是英國的酒店都這樣。但是地理位置太好了，就在火車站隔壁，而且一點不吵。下了火車就checkin，參觀完航空博物館後我們立刻回酒店拿了行李就搭火車，實在太方便。

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

Несмотря на слегка потрепанный фасад, это отличный выбор, если вы ищете отель в Кембридже с парковкой и в пешей доступности от центра города. Наш номер находился на первом этаже, но с окнами во двор, и в нём было очень тихо. Номер довольно маленький, но всё работало, было исключительно чисто и уютно, а напор воды в душе был фантастическим. Завтрак, включённый в стоимость, был очень хорошим. Большой выбор, и приготовленная еда подавалась на очень горячих тарелках. Больше всего нам понравились Джеки и Джен, две замечательные женщины, которые нас обслуживали. Они не просто подавали завтрак, они сделали его незабываемым и тёплым. Надеюсь, руководство отеля хорошо относится к этим двум женщинам, ведь мы очень хотим вернуться, учитывая их личный и очень гостеприимный характер. Милые, милые женщины. Если вы не заметили, мы настоятельно рекомендуем этот отель.
