We absolutely loved the Hotel and would nightly recommend. Lots of room so our daughter felt like she had her own little area. Breakfast was of a high standard. My only criticism is I couldn’t open the bedroom windows . There is only AC. As a woman of a certain age this wasn’t helpful. Otherwise I wholeheartedly recommend..

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in until I left. The room was clean, cozy and exactly what I needed for my trip. The location was also perfect—it was close to all the places I wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

房間雖然小了點兒但是英國的酒店都這樣。但是地理位置太好了，就在火車站隔壁，而且一點不吵。下了火車就checkin，參觀完航空博物館後我們立刻回酒店拿了行李就搭火車，實在太方便。

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

Очень хороший отель, недалеко от Кембриджского университета, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Королевского колледжа и Тринити-колледжа. Завтрак тоже отличный. На стойке регистрации также есть китайское обслуживание, что очень удобно.

В целом, я настоятельно рекомендую Holiday Inn Express Cambridge за его превосходное обслуживание, комфортабельные номера и продуманные удобства.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! ✅ Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. They also helped us register our car for free parking, which was a great bonus. 🛏️ Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning was customisable and worked flawlessly throughout the stay, adding to our comfort. 🧴 All the toiletries were fully stocked and ready to use — a small but thoughtful touch. 🕛 One thing we really appreciated was the 12 PM checkout time, which is later than many other hotels. It gave us extra time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. 🛍️ The location is super convenient — just a 5-minute walk to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping easy. 🔌 Another highlight was the electric vehicle charging available in the hotel parking, which was exactly what we needed. 💷 Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with great service and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
