Забронировали этот отель, поскольку собирались на концерт в Сити Граунд. Он расположен очень близко к центру города, со всеми пабами и клубами в пешей доступности, а также к Ноттингемскому замку и бару Ye old trip to Jerusalem, который обязательно стоит посетить, очень необычный. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, а отель очень чистый и со всеми необходимыми удобствами для отдыха. Отель находится в пешей доступности от вокзала, но есть парковка рядом с отелем, но мест мало, зато рядом есть многоэтажный дом. Мы обязательно остановимся в этом отеле снова, когда приедем в следующий раз.

Great location, Standard Breakfast but for the room is quite small but for overall i will go back to stay at the hotel again

Elderly parent stayed here in an Accessible Room while her heating system was replaced. Staff were excellent with her, extremely helpful and aware of her needs. Room was very clean and well equipped. There are so few accessible rooms in Nottingham and this was top notch. Facilities a bit lacking for main meals. Local area a little run down too. But overall very good.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

Really 🤔 impressive hotel / apartment, had all the things u need to make a comfortable night, close to city center and really neat, modern and tidy rooms, highly recommended 👍🏻

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. The entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.
