ГГостьIt was an impressive and pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was perfect for our trip, very spacious and with great view. The bed mattress is one of the best in all my experience. I had great sleep during the stay. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The location is very convenient if you are driving - 20 mins drive to the walking trails and 10 mons drive to centre of Sheffiled. David from the restaurant provided highly professional and helpful service for our breakfast. All in all, we would consider staying at this hotel again if we visit this area again.

The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

The location is convenient, close to the city centre yet peaceful enough to rest. It made moving between meetings and personal time easy, something I truly appreciated.
The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the lighting soft, and everything worked perfectly. It was not about luxury, but about thoughtful comfort that helps you recharge.
Breakfast offered a good variety and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made mornings feel easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive.
What stood out the most was the consistency. Every part of the stay felt dependable and well cared for. That sense of steadiness made it easy to relax and focus on the purpose of the trip.

VVrvolcanoThe reception staff were friendly. There were easy directions for street parking. The room was basic but cozy and for the money it was good. I had use of a kitchen to make a hot drink but I could’ve brought food to cook if I wanted to. There was no free Netflix. It was in the middle of a university campus which I didn’t figure, but despite being freshers week and the students partying most of the night I was still able to sleep, despite needing the window open because the heating was on. The chocolate croissant was delicious.

ГГостьThe hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure.

ГГостьОчень стандартный. Недалеко от Meadow Hall. Многие помещения закрыты, а дверь снаружи заколочена. Был там только на боксе, поэтому не проводил много времени в отеле. Подходит, если нужно недорогое место для ночлега.

ГГостьThe room was clean and well set out for the level of the hotel. Comfortable bed and ergonomic bathroom, well designed layout. I paid extra for a room with an outside window as I like to have natural light in the morning so as to aid waking up.
Location near a Weatherspoons and the more desolate part of the city centre. Close to bus station and has a tram stop just outside. Carparking is expensive if you use local car parks, but can be reduced if your happy to wait about 10 mins to Kelham Island were it's significantly cheaper.
Check in was simple and straight forward if you have flown with the airline it's the same idea
Lack of signs for how to get around is the worst I can say about it
Extras like later check out are also costly as I paid £50 for a night, and a late check out for an hour extra was £20
Overall, a basic but good alternative to a Travel lodge, Premier Inn or Ibis or even a Holiday Inn. I say this as if you just want a place to sleep with no frills it's just that.

LLara FayeNice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff.
On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed.
On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

ГГостьExcellent location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Winter garden, gallery etc. There isn’t any onsite parking but the hotel offers discounted parking at the nearby The Moor car park (2 minutes walk away). Definitely will stay again.
