Абсолютно новый отель, недалеко от главного города, порта и аэропорта. Большие и современные номера, все с террасой или прямым выходом к бассейну (плавательный). 2 длинных бассейна (олимпийского размера) и бар у кромки бассейна. Стильный декор во всем. Когда мы останавливались, было довольно спокойно и расслабляюще, хотя отель не только для взрослых. Завтрак подается в формате шведского стола, а кофе, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и горячие блюда подаются на стол. Я думаю, что им не помешало бы больше шезлонгов у бассейна, а обслуживание за завтраком могло бы быть быстрее, но отель открылся всего 2/3 недели назад, поэтому ожидаются некоторые незначительные проблемы с прорезыванием зубов. В целом, я очень доволен своим пребыванием и без колебаний снова забронирую этот отель, если вернусь на Хиос.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with something to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Breakfast was a particular treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The surrounding area is stunning, and I enjoyed taking advantage of the hotel’s well-maintained facilities, including the pool and spa, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. In summary, this hotel is a gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, you’re guaranteed a fantastic experience. I'm sure they are amazing for summer time. But for winter time they have some disadvantages. If you need a hotel just for sleep. Thats good. +Excellent breakfast x2 +Comfortable bed +Air conditioner enough for bed side. +Good price +Amazing garden +Friendly workers +Amazing breakfast place -I selected that room because the photos show that room with a chimney. But in reality there is no chimney -city center 40 min walking / 6x2 euro taxi price -Air-conditioning is not enough for the entire room and banio but it's enough for sleeping. We couldn't take a shower or sit in the room because it was cold. -Water heating systems have a problem that water is getting cold usually -amazing garden means bugs.. we killed a cockroach inside the banio in morning but maybe we were unlucky because the room looks clean. I'm not sure. -wifi problems but maybe we were unlucky : summary; I prefer that room in winter time for 1 night. Good price and breakfast. But if you want to spend time inside the hotel. They need a better Air-conditioning system

Исключительный сервис, предоставленный менеджером по работе с клиентами Марией, персоналом Beach House и водителем Дмитрием, сделал все пребывание еще более приятным. Great old mansion refurbished to cater as a comfy inn. Five rooms only and common veranda gives it boutique feel. Location is ok, 8-10 min walk to the beach and tavernas by the sea. Parking can be tricky in high season, but you'll find a slot in neighbouring streets. Very polite staff. Nice and well served breakfast, including fresh orange juice (no espresso/cappuccino though). Good deal and a relaxing stay.

Превосходный отель. Расположение очень центральное. В пешей доступности от любого места. Здесь чисто и очень хороший вид. Номера достаточно большие и красивые. Завтрак очень хороший. В отеле сервируется завтрак «шведский стол» с большим выбором блюд. Кроме того, из ресторана открывается вид на море, и там очень приятно находиться. Сотрудники очень заботливые. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Я определенно рекомендую это.

The hotel is excellent. We are 100% satisfied. The stuff was great, super polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We really loved having delicious breakfast and dinner by the pool. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and the dinner dishws were more than tasty!
