После обширной, всесторонней оценки отеля, вот мой всеобъемлющий обзор. Расположенный вдали от оживленной главной артерии, отель представляет собой интригующее сочетание спокойствия и близости — возможный оазис в городе, который никогда не спит. Унесенный от соперничающих звуков и бешеного темпа города, я был весьма взволнован тонким очарованием, которое источало это место. Однако первое впечатление, которое производит небольшое лобби, довольно разочаровывает. Скудная, компактная площадь в 300 квадратных футов служит приемной этого гиганта из 30 с лишним номеров. Мелкий масштаб лобби передает ощущение перегруженности и заставляет тосковать по глотку простора. Эта ограниченная зона, несомненно, создает атмосферу клаустрофобного дискомфорта. Это хлипкая прелюдия к простору, который должен подлинно представлять отель с 30 спальнями. Прогулка по узким коридорам приводит вас в комнаты, которые, к сожалению, также отражают повествование об ограничениях. На более яркой ноте этот необработанный алмаз действительно имеет удивительную грань в своем зените. С крыши отеля открывается панорамный вид на городской гобелен. Взгляд, устремленный в горизонт, небоскребы, возвышающиеся, как посты охраны, и огни города, танцующие в ритме бесконечной ночной жизни, дарят незабываемые впечатления. Поэтому, несмотря на небольшие размеры отеля и ограниченные удобства, этот аспект оказывается интригующим лучом надежды. Таким образом, если кратко, отель воплощает в себе интересную дихотомию — ограниченного пространства и обширных видов. Это опыт, который проверяет вашу склонность к комфорту против вашего желания быть ближе к артериальному пульсу города. Несомненно, этот отель, возможно, не является воплощением роскоши, но он предлагает элементы, которые соответствуют определенным вкусам, одновременно улучшая ваше пребывание в городе бесценными городскими видами.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

We really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked. Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!

The hotel was in a very nice location and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the rooms were really small and the lighting is terrible. It was very dark. We had a king bed which made the room very tight. Parking is across the street from the hotel but they do give you a card for free parking or there is valet at the hotel where you just tip the bellboy. The breakfast is the same menu every single day and consists of chips with sauce, potato’s eggs and beans, flavored water and coffee. No juice. They do have fruit, but it would’ve been nice to have more of a selection, especially if you are there for multiple days.

Hotel is a on a nice little area. There were no huge issues but also nothing above the ordinary. Our cabanas were clean. 4 of their 6 houses are by the pool, working WiFi, electronic doors and rooftop decks. The other two houses are in a gulch, with sliding access doors that don’t really work and keys that don’t really lock. WiFi doesn’t work down there. Funny enough there is no cell reception either. If you need to work, go elsewhere. There is no check in or staff anywhere. If I was in one of the other units it probably would’ve been a 4/5. This place is probably worth $100 a night. 200-300 is overpriced in my opinion

Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

Booked a premier room and was very disappointed. Room gave my and my pal respitory problems. Found a dirty cup behind the bed. No fridge in room. Very small ice bucket . Too Toooo many kids in the pool so unable to use it. Location of my room was 150 meters from the lobby. No escaltor or elevator to get to second floor rooms. The rooms all need a make over. Rooms also have dark lights . Hotel was too cheap light hotel room properly. View was AWFUl and in an inner court room!!I would NOT return to this hotel. Not worth the money!
