Недавно я останавливался в этом отеле и в целом остался очень доволен. Отель содержится в отличном состоянии, и всё, от лобби до номеров, было исключительно чистым и уютным. Персонал по уборке номеров явно отлично справляется со своей работой, поддерживая идеальную чистоту, что добавило комфорта пребыванию. Однако я был немного разочарован обслуживанием номеров. Я заказал еду в номер, но, к сожалению, качество не оправдало моих ожиданий — еда была пресной и несвежей. Из-за этого я стал искать другие варианты питания и в итоге поел в нескольких близлежащих ресторанах, что оказалось лучше. Несмотря на еду, сам отель был приятным, и я бы рассмотрел возможность остановиться здесь снова — просто с другими планами питания.

We stayed at City Express Junior Toluca for one night as a stopover before hiking Nevado de Toluca. While functional, it fell short in comfort. The area felt noisy and unattractive, with constant traffic audible from my room. If you’re seeking relaxation, this isn’t the place. The room was basic and missing essentials: no hair dryer (though the receptionist kindly lent me one upon request) and a broken telephone. For any need, I had to go downstairs personally. Breakfast was a mixed bag: though the poor variety and taste disappointed, its convenience was a lifesaver before an early departure. You won’t love it, but you’ll appreciate not hunting for food.

Room card needed to be written new almost every day. Gym has lost some items already, some things were broken

Location is nice if you like nature but it’s far from the downtown and no nearby place to buy food. I booked a room for 3 adults and the picture from trip.con showed 3 beds but the one they gave us is only 2 beds. They always forget to bring extra towel and water and coffee supply (we always have to ask the reception for it).  I like that there’s a swimming but food in the restaurant is expensive. Make sure you buy food from outside but no ref in the room to keep it.

設施：設施很完善，Holiday Inn的標配 衞生：房間很乾凈，打掃的不錯。 環境：環境很好，周邊很方便。 服務：服務很好，有問必答。

Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours

Staff members are friendly. Gabriel the manager speaks English. My friends happened to many places nearby but this is the one. Rooms are great and it has great food and pool. Make sure you explore the resort by climbing up to the top!

有規模的酒店，有meeting room and gym, 雖然只得4部機及啞鈴，但都很足夠，像是沒住客去用的，在1樓lift 左手暗門入，自己用才開燈，太空機運作很好，6:00 to 23:00 可用。房間舒適，很溫暖的感覺，電視很大，洗手間都大，雖然被安排在2樓尾房，是connective room, 晨早聽到隔離房的聲音，但都可接受的。感覺一般都被安排住2樓，因為2樓的lift 制被㩒到無色。5樓房層比較優雅。大堂是早餐範圍，很開陽。酒店位置超方便，shopping 及食店周圍都是，很有活力的城市。職員英文唔錯，在墨西哥來說，非4星級以上的酒店職員能英文溝通是很難得的事。
