It was a short stay but it was pleasant! I have stayed in hotels that were $600+/night that weren’t even as up to par. I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, tidy, and had every necessity. I would stay again!

The furniture was badly scratched and damaged. The carpet was nearly worn out. The desk chair fabric was worn, and even the trashcans were rusted inside. Overall, the room needed to be remodeled. My room was cleaned once after the first day of a five-day stay. The cleaning staff didn't come until 2:30-3 pm on days three and four. I attended training classes and events between 9 am and 2 pm. I will probably not book a room at a Wyndham Hotel again. I should have taken photos.

Im currently staying at this hotel and i have to say the location of the place and the amenities are pretty good, but cleanliness? There’s a huge chicken wing sticked in the mirror. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life . Paying this much money and staying in a hotel is supposed to be clean . A CHICKEN WING IN THE F***** MIRROR????? come on do better , this js not how u keep your customers . The cleaners cannot miss things like these because it makes our stay horrible. I would appreciate if there will be something done for this disgusting inconvenience

酒店尚可，trip.com 這個平台不值得信任，為了賺取客户的房費，謊稱當天的訂單不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到達的我，問酒店前台能否調整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答覆：平台同意調整日期即可；但本人在平台上無論如何也修改不了入往日期！提問所謂“專職客服”，永遠是機器人的回覆:不能退改！在一再追問下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一週後退款”。明明我衹需要修改入住時間（提前一天），且酒店方明確表示在平台上修改入住時間即可馬上辦理入住手續，trip.com平台卻設定不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我對這種推三阻四的機器人回覆高度懷疑：平台是在千方百計找藉口來私吞客人預付款！為了不讓這種無良商家的陰謀得逞，咱衹好改變行程，在這家酒店連住兩晚！給平台多賺佣金的機會，但絕不允許平台有意坑客。如果讓平台經常嚐到這種設計坑客的回報率遠高於正常佣金的甜頭，社會風氣真會每況逾下。無論trip.com 這個平台的擁有者是香港人還是台灣或者大陸人，都將使我中華民族臉上無光。奉勸平台所有者誠信經營，否則會自食其果。

The front desk workers were very helpful —answering questions about restaurants and hikes and yooperlites. The family suite room was perfect for us and roomy enough to want to hang out in it. Breakfast was great and everything was clean!

房間整潔乾淨、服務態度很好👍

Расположение отличное, номера очень чистые. Отличный выбор для завтрака, шоколадное печенье с крошкой, удобные кровати. За такую ​​стоимость номера я был ОЧЕНЬ впечатлен. Единственное, что я могу сказать, это то, что напор воды в душе был так себе... но это также характерно для большинства курортов/отелей. Лучше всего то, что кофе был потрясающим, он был очень вкусным, не разбавленным и идеальной температуры для питья — не обжигающим вкусовые рецепторы.

I really enjoyed my trip it's clean the front desk is nice they are always at your call if you need something and I really like the cleanness of the rooms and I think I'm going to stay again but yeah they're very supportive in every way I'm making you feel comfortable
