Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

Гораздо лучше, чем ожидалось, ожидания невелики, но обслуживание довольно хорошее, номер и ванная недавно отремонтированы.

Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from charlottetown city centre. A 2 minute drive will get you to a few food outlets and a Cows Creamerie which is a must try ice cream when visiting PEI. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking. The breakfast area is large and comfortable with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit PEI again.

My wife and I stopped at this hotel on our way to the nearby ferry terminal. The location is gorgeous, the service is excellent and the installations are rather comfortable, albeit quite dated. The walls are paper thin, we unfortunately got woken up by the room next to ours getting up at 4:30 in the morning, and then, after they had left, had the displeasure of hearing their alarm clock ringing between 5:30 and 6:00... 

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

Great place. Had all the utensils required for cooking. Wonderful for families. Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

The bartender we had, Baylee, was great. Food was very good. Only disappointment was being woken up at 8:00 as they were doing renovations. Felt like the banging from hammers was in my room. Front desk didn’t give a crap about it. Check out time is at 11. That’s when renovations should start!
