ГГостьDifficult to sleep because the pillows were too bulky and incompressible and the room was too hot. I turned the radiator to minimum but it took hours to cool ( I could have opened the window.)

Ssalaudin lunatWe stayed at Holiday Inn Fareham Solent. Fir this location a car would be ideal. There is a Shell Petrol Station not too far. All staff are friendly, always with a warm smiles. They offered me free parking. So if you do come by car don't forget to log vehicle registration details on the portal at the Front Desk (Check In). Breakfast was excellent choice of vegetarian or non vegetarian (healthy options available). Our room was on ground floor there was some draught coming through the window so I mentioned to the staff. Sadly the Jacuzzi was not working during our entire stay so (3 days). Lots of places to visit. I only gave 3 marks for amenities due to Jacuzzi not working. I highly recommend this hotel.

ГГостьThe room is well equipped, the spa quite a treat after a long day of travelling. Staff is friendly and helpful in general. My room got a power outage prabably due to a tripped circuit. The hotel sent help quickly, and offered to change my room to next door, after a few failed tries of restarting the power. The stay was a bit more eventful than normal but satisfactory all in all.

ГГостьThe location of the Langstone is very good as were all of the staff and the breakfast, the only let down was the lack of cleanliness of our room.
Coffee mugs and glasses in the room were dirty, the horizontal surfaces dusty, the high and low corners of the room cobwebbed. The mirrors and windows unclean . The bathroom fittings etc were very tired and the bath bottom uninviting. The view of a fig tree was OK but the area around it unkempt. The beds, twin, though we had anticipated a double we’re clean and comfortable. The light above the mirror was not working.
We did ask for the room to be serviced after our first night, unfortunately only the beds were remade and the waste bin emptied. No cleaning attempted nor towels changed.
I do feel that there may be a lack of pride in the job from some of the staff but the cobwebs and dust were long standing.
Would we stay again , possibly, as on checking out we made the above comments and received apologies and a note for an upgrade for any next visit.
We had spent the previous night in a Premier Inn in Salisbury and the cleanliness there was was very good.

ГГостьthe location is really good.. the cleaning is also the same.. make sure your room has a window 🪟. I didn't notice this detail.. but the beds are flexible.. there is no toilet bowl or broom for the toilet and shampoo was scarce..

ГГостьThe hotel was lovely for a pre-cruise stay.
I was upgraded to an executive room, which had a lovely balcony and lots of room.
The Reception and Concierge staff were fantastic, as the hotel was full and very busy.
Would recommend this hotel.

ГГостьStayed here for a friend's wedding this weekend! Had an apartment for the night. Was very nice and well equipped even had tea, coffee and milk in the fridge which wasn't expected as self catering. Unfortunately didn't sleep very well as bedrooms where so hot. Couldn't get any aircon to work and not sure the rooms even had it in them. Then realised in the morning the towel radiator in the ensuites left on full heat presumably by housekeeping so that didn't help along with the hot weather. Alot of noise of people walking past the apartments in the early hours too and cars reving waking us up! Used the spa facilities in the morning and they were pretty unimpressive too...not very clean and could do with a refurb. Run down and didn't feel very clean and spa like which is a shame as was looking forward to a relaxing spa.

ГГостьThe hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.

ГГостьHabitación espaciosas, cama cómoda, buena relación calidad precio, desayuno buffet bien, huevos revueltos, baicon, salchichas, yogures…etc algo de fruta, podría haber más variedad, pero en resumen bien. El parking es de pago.
