My stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with traditional Cretan touches that create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer breathtaking views of the sea, especially during sunset. Every detail, from the comfortable beds to the high-end amenities, was thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort. I especially loved the private pool, which added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a variety of restaurants offering fresh, delicious, and locally sourced dishes. The Cretan cuisine was outstanding, and the service was attentive and professional. There’s something for every palate, and I never had a meal that wasn’t top-notch. The resort’s amenities are equally impressive, with a spa that provides indulgent treatments, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple pools perfect for lounging. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

Сегодня я приземлился дома после прекрасной недели в этом семейном отеле. Могу с уверенностью сказать, что это был один из лучших отпусков в моей жизни, наполненный приятными людьми и прекрасной греческой погодой. Отель расположен очень удобно, поблизости много магазинов и ресторанов. Lidl находится всего в 5-7 минутах ходьбы. Рядом с отелем есть отличная кофейня — идите дальше. Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка, которая отвезет вас в центр города Ханья, где можно приятно прогуляться и вкусно поужинать. Сам отель представляет собой апартаменты с потрясающим бассейном, который всегда был ухоженным и чистым. Каждый день девушки следили за тем, чтобы наш номер был чистым, а полотенца — новыми, и они делали довольно впечатляющие композиции из цветов и полотенец😁 Менеджер отеля был чрезвычайно дружелюбен и всегда оперативно справлялся с любыми нашими просьбами. Завтрак был восхитительным, и в целом наше пребывание было чрезвычайно приятным. Обязательно посетите этот отель, чтобы почувствовать удивительное греческое гостеприимство.

Magnificent property with spacious rooms all with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. Great breakfast, dinner @ Cremos restaurant for dinner was great. Another restaurant in the resort at Acro suites would be nice. Location was a bit remote if you wanted to eat away rom resort. Spa facilities were exceptional

Абсолютно потрясающее место в идеальном месте, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы вдоль набережной от исторического центра Ханьи и Венецианской гавани. В другом направлении ещё короче прогулка до гавани и пляжа Неа Хора с множеством баров, магазинов и ресторанов. Недвижимость расположена прямо на берегу моря, в очень тихом месте, с прекрасным бассейном и невероятным видом на море отовсюду. Персонал был фантастическим и даже связался со мной по WhatsApp до моего приезда, чтобы договориться о заселении. Мой номер был готов раньше, что было замечательно. Мне невероятно повезло, что у меня был люкс с джакузи прямо на берегу моря — красиво оформленный, свежий, чистый, а вид с балкона был невероятным. Кажется, завтрак включен для всех гостей, и он был прекрасен, с большим выбором горячих и холодных блюд, напитков и выпечки. Единственное, что меня беспокоит — это то, что я не остался подольше. Я бы вернулся с радостью!

Весь персонал был потрясающим. Очень дружелюбным и услужливым. Они заботились о нас как о членах семьи. Особенно персонал пляжного бара был на высоте. Мы были с большой группой друзей, и они были очень внимательны и добавили много смеха и веселья в наш опыт. Я бы очень рекомендовал этот отель.

Capsis Astoria — отличный отель в центре Ираклиона. Номера комфортабельные, и нам очень понравился наш балкон. Бассейн на крыше просто потрясающий: бар с полным ассортиментом напитков, множество мест для отдыха и виды на город и море вдали. Весь персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Отель находится через дорогу от остановки автобуса Hop-on Hop-off, автобуса до аэропорта, музея и множества ресторанов и баров в переулках.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.
