The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Удобства: приемлемые. Чистота: приемлемая. Обстановка: нормально. Обслуживание: на ресепшене есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, можно общаться. За еду в ресторане по меню взимается дополнительная плата за обслуживание и налоги. Еда в ресторане довольно обычная. Завтрак хороший, разнообразный и обильный. Фрукты хорошего качества. Отель считается немного устаревшим четырехзвездочным. Цена невысокая, удобно расположен по отношению к аэропорту, 20 минут езды. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

The hotel's spot is super convenient, basically right by Bekasi Barat station. And it's connected straight to Bintaro Mall, so you can shop and grab a bite without even stepping outside. Plus, there's a cute little park nearby, perfect if you're bringing the kids for a weekend break.

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Полагаю, этот отель был любимцем местных жителей, поскольку во время праздника Ид аль-Фитр все места были заняты, несмотря на относительно высокую цену. В отеле было полно семей с детьми, и никакого спокойствия. В отличие от других подобных отелей в этом районе, отель не имел прямого выхода к так называемому частному пляжу. Так называемый частный пляж на самом деле не является частным и был занят множеством других гостей, не проживающих в отеле. Гости, не проживающие в отеле, даже могли припарковаться на парковке отеля и бесплатно пользоваться «частным пляжем» и бассейном. Поэтому «частный пляж» был переполнен, так как уличные торговцы брали плату с тех, кто пользовался общественными пляжами. Многие гости, не проживающие в отеле, просто хлынули туда потоком, а персоналу было всё равно. По сути, гостей отеля лишили возможности пользоваться им, и места не найти. На «частном пляже» не предоставляли полотенец, бассейн был похож на грязевое болото. Не было шкафчиков, только три кабинки для переодевания и туалета, и полотенца не предоставлялись. Что касается бассейна в главном здании отеля, то там тоже нет никакого контроля, и, похоже, пользоваться им может кто угодно. Было доступно всего несколько шезлонгов и павильонов, но все они были заняты людьми, одетыми не как постояльцы отеля (кто будет приносить с собой одежду для переодевания у бассейна, если они гости отеля?). Персонала не было, и никто не предложил вам помочь найти свободное место. Что касается других услуг, то обеденная часть хорошая, а еда была разумной. Что касается номера и отеля, то хотя общее обслуживание в порядке, учитывая, что отель довольно новый, ремонт и чистота требовались. Вода в открытой ванной была негорячей. Нет кондиционера для волос и лосьона для тела. Что касается обслуживания, сотрудники стойки регистрации хорошие и старались изо всех сил помочь. Надеюсь, что гостям не будут звонить в 9 утра, спрашивая, не хотят ли они убрать номер. В целом, вид из отеля был потрясающим, но даже близко не дотягивает до 4-звездочного сервиса и удобств.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Это очень красивое место! Весь персонал очень добрый и вежливый, всегда улыбается и согревает! Завтрак в отеле был с большим выбором, они будут постоянно убирать со стола и спрашивать о еде. Это место находится недалеко от KIP/KIP2, поэтому я просто провел время в новом городке во время моей двухдневной поездки с одной ночью.
