Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

Sagar at the reception and Parmeshwar the restaurant manager were very hospitable and courteous.. the trip overall was a good experience

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel ITC Amritsar, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and to our delight, our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious — a perfect haven for relaxation and celebration. Dinner was an absolute highlight — a true 5-star experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout. The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Кроме того, по моему мнению, очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества, особенно учитывая, что это отель Marriott. Я не колеблясь остановлюсь здесь во время своей следующей поездки в Амритсар.

Value for money. Good location and excellent service. Will definitely stay again

Очень добрый, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, но в первый день я приехал рано утром, в 7:30 или 8:00, кажется, там был парень, мистер Анудж. Я спросил его, можно ли заселиться раньше, он сказал, чтобы я сел и подождал 10 минут, и через 10 минут мистер Анудж сказал мне, что мой номер готов. Я подумал: «Ух ты!», но через несколько минут мистер Анудж сказал, что мне нужно доплатить 1500 за раннее заселение. Затем я уехал из отеля рано утром и вернулся за заселением около 16:00. Но я понимаю, что приехал раньше, так что все в порядке. Весь персонал на ресепшене и персонал по обслуживанию номеров тоже замечательные. Но особенно мне понравилась женщина, которая убирала мой номер каждый день. Я забыл спросить ее имя, но она очень хорошо общается и предоставляет лучший сервис. Спасибо.
