Провели несколько дней в этом отеле. Понравилось расположение отеля на первой линии, через дорогу от пляжа. Завтрак хороший, на террасе с прекрасным видом, так же на 5-м этаже бассейн, лежаки и зонты от солнца. Персонал приветливый. С удовольствием, вернемся.

Оформление номера немного старовато, но вид за окном довольно хороший, с видом на море. Звукоизоляция стеклянной двери очень плохая, звук снизу слышен отчетливо, отношение персонала на стойке регистрации среднее.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

Абсолютно идеальный отель. Прежде всего, хорошее расположение, очень близко к железнодорожной станции, удобно добираться на поезде и автобусе Sita. Отель совсем новый, вестибюль большой и красиво оформленный, завтрак «шведский стол» также очень обильный. Отношение персонала на стойке регистрации было очень хорошим. Чтобы путешествовать налегке на остров Капри, я оставил свой чемодан на стойке регистрации отеля за день до поездки. Когда на следующий день я вернулся, чтобы зарегистрироваться, чемодан уже был в моем номере.

До отеля удобно добираться на машине, так как он расположен недалеко от центра Сорренто, примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы. В отеле есть красивый внутренний дворик, утопающий в лимонных деревьях, и бассейн, который открыт только летом. Номера приличные, а завтрак обильный и разнообразный, с всевозможной сладкой выпечкой! В целом, все довольно хорошо.

Очень комфортабельный отель. Отличный завтрак по разумной цене. Бассейн чистый и с распылителем воды! На горе много солнца☀️. Также есть бесплатный трансфер на поезде! Водитель очень опытный! Вид из номера великолепный! Я верю в китайцев и даже повысил категорию номера
