Оформление номера немного старовато, но вид за окном довольно хороший, с видом на море. Звукоизоляция стеклянной двери очень плохая, звук снизу слышен отчетливо, отношение персонала на стойке регистрации среднее.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

Абсолютно идеальный отель. Прежде всего, хорошее расположение, очень близко к железнодорожной станции, удобно добираться на поезде и автобусе Sita. Отель совсем новый, вестибюль большой и красиво оформленный, завтрак «шведский стол» также очень обильный. Отношение персонала на стойке регистрации было очень хорошим. Чтобы путешествовать налегке на остров Капри, я оставил свой чемодан на стойке регистрации отеля за день до поездки. Когда на следующий день я вернулся, чтобы зарегистрироваться, чемодан уже был в моем номере.

Fantastic stay! Praiano was a great base for visiting the Amalfi Coast. It is in between Amalfi and Positano and offers stunning views as well as more tranquility. As for the hotel, everything went very well. The rooms are cute and clean, the breakfast was good and the pool was a great plus for those lazy days. As for the staff, all of them were very helpful, polite and professional. From the cleaning lady, to the chauffeur or welcome desk. We really felt taken care of. Thanks a lot and see you soon!

Удобства были отличными, и персонал был очень услужливым. У них был трансфер до центра города, который стоил 1,5 евро в одну сторону, и это было хорошо, так как это место было в 15 минутах езды. Единственным недостатком для нас было то, что сюда было трудно добраться из порта или железнодорожного вокзала. Чтобы добраться сюда, потребовалось почти 50 минут, поскольку автобусы ходят нечасто. Найти подходящий автобус было хлопотно, так как номер автобуса на картах Google и фактический сильно отличались. Чтобы узнать об этом, вам нужно уточнить у водителей. У команды были все билеты на автобус и поезд, поэтому нам не пришлось стоять в очереди за билетами, это был плюс.

Я прекрасно провел время в Grand Hotel Aminta! Номера были безупречно чистыми, персонал невероятно профессиональным и дружелюбным, а удобства — первоклассными. Завтрак «шведский стол» был восхитительным, а расположение идеально подходило для знакомства с городом. Из нашего номера открывался потрясающий вид на горы. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто собирается посетить этот город!!”

Лично я считаю, что это лучший отель в Сорренто по соотношению цены и качества. Цена вполне приемлемая, а вид с небольшого балкона просто потрясающий. Мне очень понравилось наблюдать там восход солнца! Отель расположен на скале, поэтому добираться туда нужно либо на машине, либо на шаттле отеля. Обязательно проверьте расписание шаттла отеля — он всегда ходит вовремя. Если вы опоздаете, добраться до отеля будет довольно сложно, если вы не на машине. Недостаток — плохая звукоизоляция номера, и вы легко услышите разговоры соседей.

Отличный отель в 5 минутах от Кастелламмаре-ди-Стабия и в 10 км от Сорренто. Большая парковка 6 евро в день, очень и очень удобно.
