We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

Отличный отель. За исключением завтраков. Такого невкусной еды я никогда в жизни не ел. При заселении попросил номер с видом на Майон дали без проблем, хотя отель был битком. Были праздники и было очень много отдыхающих филипинцев. В номере всё чисто и аккуратно, постель удобная. Немного шумно с улицы. Немного портит вид из окна грязная речушка, но это всё мелочи. Ещё из минусов, крайне странное расположение розеток в номере.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Отличное обслуживание со стороны стойки регистрации, горничных и персонала ресторана, а также хорошее расположение. Но этому отелю нужно улучшить чистоту и содержание номера. В нашем номере было полно паутины под полками, вытяжными вентиляторами и в углах. Ванная комната ужасная. Мутная вода, заплесневелая раковина и душевая кабина и, о боже, унитаз ужасно грязный. И тропический душ, и ручной душ не работают должным образом. Мне пришлось одолжить ведро и совок. Холодильник/мини-бар ржавые. Краска на стенах облупилась. Пятнистое постельное белье. Я подозреваю, что также есть клопы. Двое из нас заметили следы укусов на ногах, ладонях и руках. Единственный дополнительный фактор — это действительно обслуживание персонала.

Прибыли поздно в отель. Ничего не ожидали, так как устали и наугад забронировали отель на ночь. Отель чистый и новый, персонал тоже дружелюбный. Надеясь, что они смогут сохранить стандарт. Назначенный номер находился на 2 этаже и не имел вида. Но тем не менее, мы приехали туда отдыхать. Кровать и подушки были очень удобными. Удобства тоже были полными. Единственной проблемой был горячий душ. Мы не сообщили им об этом, так как устали.

Welcoming environment, the place is clean and the beach is good, also the food was good tol

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
