The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

The location was perfect for my needs, right of Shields and I-35 on the Service Road. If you need to go NB to I-240, taking Shields is a great alternative to getting back on I-35, because the traffic in that particular area tends to be bottleneck. Я даже был впечатлен тем, что там есть маленькие бутылки шампуня, кондиционер, лук и маленькие бары мыла; последние пару отелей, которые я остановил, сказали, что это стало слишком дорого, чтобы обеспечить их. Единственная жалоба, если мне придётся придумать одну, заключалась в том, что вентилятор испарения в ванной не сработал. Все в моей собаке и у меня было отличное пребывание. Это будет мой отель-мотель, когда мне нужно будет снова приехать в город.

Our room was just perfect for us. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem getting them. We were extremely happy that there was a Smoking Room Available! I was Extremely Happy because I am so tired of having to go outside to smoke. It was so nice to be able to actually sit at a table and relax for once and watch a movie on HBO or Cinemax. The outside was lit-up all night long, so it was very nice that they took the effort to do that to make their customers feel safe. The pool was also open. It's family oriented. I can also see that they are constantly making improvements to the property. It's not a fancy place. But I am very pleased, and I hope that they actually keep them all with Smoking options and @ $50. bucks By the way. There is an Amazing Restaurant right in front of it also. The food is fantastic they open @ 6am Prairie Kitchen, I believe. Overall our stay was better here than paying high dollar amount somewhere closer to our Concert Event. It was perfect for us. I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room. 

The personal at the front desk was awesome, smiles and laughter and very helpful 

No coffee pot, one had outlet available to use for plugging anything in, neither lamp on either side of the bed worked and the a/c-heater unit cycle or temperature didn't work properly.. Other than that will stay again..

Staff was good...resettled us in a new room when sports teams moved in and we were left with banging and thudding from above and loud noise from the adjoining room that made it seem like they were IN our room. Elevator was straight across the hall and they had to let EVERYONE know their comings and goings. Door lock kept deactivating...had to have the xard re keyed a few times. Pain in the neck. Roll in shower had the shower head on the long part of the wall and held in place by a HAIRCLIP. Either had to cram into a corner where it SHOULD have been or turn it to face outward and flood the room, which had no drain. Even turned to the corner, the room still flooded. Rooms are tired looking...so is the lobby. I remember when Holiday Inn used to be THE brand. Not so anymore. Won't go back. But staff was accommodating and appreciated their help
