Hotel was older but clean. Convenient to Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain parkway. The room had everything you needed mini fridge, small coffee maker, hairdryer. A elevator to the second and third floors. But it wasn’t convenient to both ends of the large outdoor entrances. The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv but the remote controls didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work either. When we went to the front desk to tell them, they said they didn’t know the rooms had phones. They gave us a new remote that also didn’t work. There was only 1 washcloth and towel in the room, but they gave us more when we went to the front desk. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was open but not heated as advertised.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Мы останавливались здесь много раз за последние 5-10 лет, поэтому *думали*, что знаем, что нас ждёт. В Нэшвилле лето, поэтому я спокойно отношусь к тому, что в здании и номере было сыро. В целом номер был неплохой: удобная кровать, холодильник, микроволновка, довольно удобное кресло и пуф. Мелочи лишь сбивают с толку и вызывают беспокойство, что этот некогда потрясающий отель постепенно приходит в упадок. 🚪Карточка-ключ на двери сломалась! Вставить карту было САМЫМ ТРУДНЫМ делом, что создавало нам проблемы. Один раз карточка-ключ полностью зашла внутрь, съев её. Пришла техническая служба, чтобы забрать карту. Ничего не починили, просто попросили быть осторожнее. 🪟 Солнцезащитные шторки за оконной шторой были ужасно шаткими: левая сторона была опущена, но не двигалась (шнур был снят и заправлен сверху). Всё это время правая была поднята, и опустить её было невозможно, кроме как потянуть. Но когда я это сделал, я понял, почему они её подняли, и электродвигатель отключился... Она не опустилась полностью и была измята. 💧Раковина установлена ​​наоборот: горячая вода справа, холодная слева. 🌡️ Термостат был сломан. Хотя в комнате поддерживалась прохлада, из-за влажности было неприятно прохладно. Влажности было настолько, что мебель казалась какой-то безвкусной. Подошёл ли нам номер? Да. Заставили ли все эти мелочи задуматься о том, чтобы забронировать другой номер в следующий раз? Да.

Прекрасный вид на реку, чистый номер, дружелюбный персонал и множество достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов поблизости. С балкона мы видели диких медведей, бродящих по территории отеля. Это был потрясающий опыт. Однозначно рекомендую и обязательно забронирую здесь снова! Мы с женихом и детьми наслаждались каждым мгновением, проведённым здесь!

I liked that hotel wasn't far from strip the employees where nice and helpful our room was nice and nice and clean I would definitely go back.

Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
