Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean.
The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee.
My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent.
The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

酒店在城市南部的一個shopping center，周圍有Safeway，Walmart，麥當勞挺方便。附近還有一個Japanese Gardon挺好但沒有去。酒店有免費停車場，還有室內游泳池。房間整潔乾淨不錯。早餐烤腸雞蛋麪包果汁酸奶牛奶水果。晚上睡一覺很不錯。缺點空調聲音大，影響休息。

Every single thing about this hotel is fantastic! Comfy beds, great location, and the pool, hot tub, and sauna are always clean, and exactly what we need after a long day of work. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was really good! Safe location near the university with a bunch of other hotels. It’s clean with decent shower. Car parking is gated underground. Breakfast spread is above average! Recommended.

What I like: the location
It is easy to go to Lake Louis by public bus no 11 from hotel, about 10 minutes. Prepare exact coins as there is no change ($2) A private bus going to Lake Moraine is just at the front door.
Swimming pool is of decent size and spa are good facilities after a day’s hike.
The front desk staff Honey is very helpful and friendly, she is very patient and customer oriented. Sweetly is nice and efficient. However, all other front desk staff who I encounter are not engaging and lack of enthusiasm.
Food in Pizza and pasta bar is pretty good.
What I don’t like:
Room size is small. Our room is deluxe Queen room. We can’t even open our suitcase. In the main building, rooms directly facing the swimming pool is not private as people in the spa can see you.
Kettle is old and not cordless, only provide paper cups in the room.

KKseniia KoshevaiaI’m in awe of Canada’s nature, but the hotel left me rather disappointed, especially compared to other hotels. Some floors were closed for renovations, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. During my entire stay, I didn’t get a single full night’s sleep because all the noisy work was done from 8 PM onwards, often lasting indefinitely. Sometimes I woke up to the noise at 1 AM, which was, of course, very unpleasant—especially considering we weren’t warned about it or offered any discount for the inconvenience. The service was also quite mediocre. We constantly had to ask for things—there were no creams, no soap, or something else missing in the room.

ГГостьThe staff were friendly and helpful, and found a snow brush for us when we realized we had left ours at home. The location is perfect, a straight 10 or so minute walk downtown so you avoid the hassles of trying to find parking downtown. If walking isn't an option for you ( physical limitations, lazy holiday...or hangover) there's a bus stop right outside. There's an attached restaurant if you just want to stay in once in. Our room was large and clean with microwave fridge and coffee. Was it brand new? No, (but neither am I) and at the price, absolutely fine!

ГГостьNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

SSyed MWe stayed here for one night. The room was bright and spacious. I liked the sliding shower door. Usually hotels have curtains that get wet and sometimes water leaks outside. The bathroom was small but clean with good lighting. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. The room window was nice and big. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity. The pool place had nice big windows with a great view. I loved the shower/restroom (with a bench) by the pool which made it convenient to shower and change before heading back to the room. They also provided pool towels. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and maligne canyon (which was closed due to the wild fire). Breakfast wasn’t included. I would recommend staying here.

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

Когда мы возвращались в номера после долгого дня, в номере и ванной комнате убирали, а также предоставляли свежие полотенца. Номер был приличного размера, с утюгом и микроволновкой. Кровати были удобными. Завтрак был потрясающим. Он начинался в 7 утра. Мы уезжали из отеля после долгого дня сытыми. Персонал постоянно пополнял и убирал со столов. Разнообразие блюд было отличным и вкусным. Мне нравятся их яйца, картофельные оладьи и картофельные дольки с приправами. Также у них был апельсиновый, яблочный и гранатовый соки. У них есть хороший конвейерный тостер, что, на мой взгляд, удобно для всех. У нас никогда не было проблем с парковкой. Водная горка и бассейн — это очень здорово. Также есть джакузи и сауна. Мне очень понравился душ/туалет у бассейна, где можно принять душ и переодеться, прежде чем вернуться в номер. Также есть много полотенец для бассейна. Расположение рядом с несколькими ресторанами и заправками. Я бы рекомендовал остановиться здесь.

LLyssaGЭтот отель — отличное соотношение цены и расположения. Персонал дружелюбный, отель чистый и комфортабельный, удобства соответствуют описанию. Регистрация заезда производится в соседнем номере, но это не доставляет неудобств.
Отель предоставляет бесплатную подземную парковку до 16:00 в день выезда, что очень удобно. Я уже останавливался здесь раньше и обязательно вернусь.

TTravel KweenWe had a large family room in the basement that was conveniently located next to the spa. Our check in was super friendly and the room was large and very spacious. The kitchen was lovely with lots of special touches.
We had a few issues with the room, we booked a family room bath tub and there was no tub. Unfortunately the drain in the shower was disgusting, and the tiles were broken, we asked for another room but they had none available. We were told we could shower in the spa room. The spa wasn’t working and when we got in the shower they’d run out of shower gel.
The sofa bed isn’t suitable for anyone as it’s very uncomfortable. Our very small teenager tried to sleep on it and she felt every spring.
Despite our issues I would recommend this hotel as the location was good, staff were lovely and the breakfast was decent.
