Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am US-Highway 160 etwas abseits des Zentrums; recht ruhig, aber von einer wenig spektakulären Bergwelt umgeben. Das Sleep Inn befindet sich in einem Komplex, den es sich offenbar mit der Marke ”Mainstay” teilt. Der Empfang verlief schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer auf dem üblichen Sleep-Inn-Niveau: Modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Im Frühstücksraum war es morgens um 7 Uhr sehr ruhig, das Buffet bot den üblichen Standard aus Rührei und Würstchen, Toast und Waffeln. Nicht wirklich gut.

飯店不錯但有時房間清理有點慢，直到下午4:30才完成。有提供customer laundry ，對長期出差很有幫助

Staff very friendly.  But, the simple amenities were lacking.  Coffee pot broke, no coffee in room, no hand soap, toilet paper had 2  1/4 rolls only.  2 towels no floor towel.  And the bathtub had peeling paint on the bottom where they tried to patch.  The elevator was out of service.  I did speak to front desk was told they were out of coffee and hand soap.  I was given a bottle body soap and I could get coffee in the lobby.  The breakfast attendant did not change her gloves from wiping tables and handling food.  Food was not a big choice.  I was given points on my membership that I didn’t know I had for my disappointing stay.  We have stayed here in the past and it was fine.

雖不在鎮中心，但是位置也很便利，停車方便，房間內設應該是新裝修過，也很大很實用。還有偶遇麋鹿進店的可能，很不錯。

Hôtel Vieux. La photo ne reflète pas du tout la réalité et donne l’impression de quelque chose de clair et de moderne, ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas. Les chambres sont sombres et le mobilier est vieux et date d’une autre époque.  Le petit déjeuner est frugal et simplifié à l’extrême. Les prix sont surfaits mais c’est probablement parce que c’est à Durango.

This is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests! The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful. We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect location.

The hotel was great, but we were told that basically trip.com is a scam they over book the lower priced rooms and you think that is what you are getting, but when you get to the hotel they upgrade you, because they do not have those rooms available. You think great I am getting an upgrade, however, you are charged for that upgrade. I contacted the hotel and they said that is why they discourage you going through a third party. It is a scam. I will not be using trip.com because of this. The hotel was kind of enough to reimburse this one time. So shout out to them that they at least treated us good.
