Альберта, Канада: отели категории 3 звезды

Далеко не лучший отель, но более-менее чисто, кровати удобные. Очень много мигрантов, странный контингент. Завтраки неплохие, есть вафли, омлет, йогурт и проч. В принципе, хватает. Парковка своя, в один день сложно было найти место, в другие дни было свободно. В сравнении с другими отелями в Калгари по ценам этот ещё нормально, хотя по нашему мнению, должен стоит дешевле

Hotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was well-equipped with amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast—perfect for catching up on work and staying connected. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!

I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.

Кровать была слишком жёсткой. Кондиционер постоянно переключался с тёплого на ледяной режим, хотя я включила только обогрев. Горничная попыталась убрать мой номер за 45 минут до назначенного времени выезда. Затем моя ключ-карта была деактивирована за 10 минут до времени выезда, поэтому, вернувшись с завтрака, я оказалась заперта снаружи и мне пришлось спуститься на ресепшн, чтобы это исправить. Первая сотрудница на ресепшене сказала, что она активировала мою ключ-карту, поэтому я вернулась наверх, но всё ещё была заперта, а лифт работал слишком медленно, и я не хотела получить штраф за поздний выезд, поэтому мне пришлось спуститься по лестнице (которую было очень трудно найти!), затем вторая сотрудница дала мне другую, новую ключ-карту, чтобы я могла вернуться в номер, после чего мне снова пришлось подниматься по лестнице, и наконец я смогла забрать свой багаж и выехать. В целом, это был довольно неприятный опыт.

Great location in Canmore, right on the main street and over the road from the Policeman's Creek Boardwalk. Bed very comfy and clean. Only negative was that the room looked a bit newer in the advertised photos, so in reality it was a bit tired. But it has free parking and the location makes up for it!

Nice little inn. The room is considerably spacious with a kitchen. The room is generally clean. The front desk is friendly and really helpful in bringing extra towels and shampoo to us when we called. The hotel is i. The town of jasper and really close to restaurant right opposite it and the other shops nearby. Enjoyed my stay here.

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Location is good, not far from the airport and the shuttle is great. There is some tiny noise from the train next to the hotel
