The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me. We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. Great location, wonderful staff, excellent food. The atmosphere made us feel good. We definitely would book it again when staying in this area.

先説缺點，挨着大路的小路進去，黑漆漆的，差點以為走錯了路。 但是離路口確實也很近，就10米。接下來説優點: 1.軟硬件設施齊全。雖然是民宿，但裝修很新，房間內設計的相當洋氣，沙發區，睡眠區，衞浴區，乾濕分離。進門和洗漱台之間的小設計真的很棒！有投影儀，一鍵出熱水的熱水器，牆體做了分隔設計，很顯腔調。 2.老闆熱情。50來歲的大姐幫忙提行李，搬上搬下，得知我和孩子沒吃飯，熱情的問能不能下點自己包的餃子。味道很不錯，物美價廉，這麼大一盆才30，感動。早飯是自助餐，都是家常菜味道，對腸胃很友好。

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте с хорошей транспортной развязкой. Здание имеет величественный внешний вид, изысканный и элегантный интерьер, а также чистые и аккуратные общественные зоны. Номер просторный и светлый, оформлен в теплых тонах, кровать мягкая и удобная, удобства в номере есть, ванная комната чистая и без запаха, туалетные принадлежности хорошего качества. Особого упоминания заслуживает обслуживание на стойке регистрации. Персонал приветливый и внимательный, а процедуры регистрации заезда и отъезда эффективны и быстры. Когда я спрашивал о достопримечательностях и еде в округе, они терпеливо отвечали и давали много полезных советов. Их профессионализм и дружелюбное отношение впечатляют. Ресторан отеля предлагает широкий выбор блюд. Завтрак разнообразен и сбалансирован по питательным веществам, что позволяет удовлетворить вкусовые потребности разных людей. Обстановка ресторана элегантная, обслуживающий персонал — полный энтузиазма, а все необходимое предоставляется своевременно. В целом этот отель безупречен: от местоположения до обстановки и обслуживания. Это место оставило у меня исключительно приятные впечатления от проживания, и я настоятельно рекомендую его другим путешественникам и деловым людям.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel in Tashkurgan! The room was spotless and we have a view of the snow capped mountains. Lovely sleep and it was equipped with everything we need. Also had dinner in the hotel, which was really good, with special tea on the house. There was also a whole box of dried fruits and a lovely note to welcome us in the room. The best part of the stay was the photography tour to Golden Grassland to see sunrise, which the guesthouse arranged for any guests who are interested with their lovely staff. Najia came with us and he taught us how to capture the perfect shot and helped us take many gorgeous photos too!! Also, I was caught in the rain in town and when I text the hotel for help, Qiaojie kindly drove over to pick me up!! Breakfast in the morning was a very good spread, and when the coffee machine ran out, the lovely receptionist Guli made me a special cup from the restaurant. There were also oxygen tubes available in the room for whomever that needed it (we didn’t at all). Overall it was a really really wonderful stay, the hotel is a short walk to the Main Street but I must say the 5 stars are for the super friendly helpful and warm staff and we would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Tashkurgan!

Позавчера персонал был очень дружелюбным, особенно сотрудница стойки регистрации Амангули. Её обслуживание было тёплым, профессиональным и дружелюбным, и она заслуживает похвалы. Небольшой совет: поддерживайте максимальное соответствие цен онлайн и офлайн (на стойке регистрации). Учитывайте потребности пожилых путешественников, которым может быть сложно бронировать онлайн.

Если бронировать по скидке, тогда Самое Удобное место расположение гостиницы в городе Урумчи! В Парке погулять, пешком 10 минут ты у Красной горы, 5 минут бассейн, 5 минут главные торговые центры города, 2 минуты центральный парк, рядом все рестораны какие хочешь!

Fantastic location. Right above food street in old town. Great attitude of staff. Very helpful. Beautiful decoration in the rooms. Air con is under sized for the room so it needs to run all day to keep the room cool. Beds are very hard. Old Chinese style. Walkways and balconies are dusty. I know hard to keep clean as Kashgar is a dry place Definitely recommend but be aware of above
