I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day. The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free. While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience. That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

This property is more a lodge than a proper hotel. Very nice decoration following “Quijote” theme. Location is quite good with a beautiful view from the roof top , but quite high in San Miguel you will have to climb to get to the property ( not suitable for everybody) Overall satisfied with good price for value No room cleaning during the stay :(

Good location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel. Excellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen. I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic. Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

Nunca me había hospedado en algún hotel de esta cadena, pero me gustó mucho! La habitación estaba cómoda, limpia, con una buena vista y muy bonita! El servicio excelente, todos muy amables!! Yo lo reservé para acudir a la Feria de León y me quedó super bien la ubicación, porque está justo en frente! La comida del hotel no la probé, pues prácticamente me la pasé en la feria! Pero sin duda regresaría a hospedarme ahí mismo!

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

Внутренние общественные пространства отеля очень интересны, а планировка номеров и дизайн пространства очень креативны, что делает его одним из самых приятных аспектов Гуанахуато. Ресторан расположен в центральном лобби, а завтрак обильный. На крыше находится прекрасная терраса и аркада, откуда открывается вид на статую Пипилы и знаковые виды города в разных направлениях. Мы жили на 5-м этаже, что было очень удобно для посещения ресторана. Персонал был очень отзывчив и помогал решать многие наши проблемы, а общение на английском языке было безупречным.
