We enjoyed our stay at Vista Vallarta in December 2024. The was great and very helpful. Our room was in the new tower and was big with a great view of the ocean and beach. The room could have been cleaner as the floor looked as though it was mopped with a dirty mop and the walls were dirty. The bed and bathroom were clean and our water was stocked daily. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided (maybe you need to ask for this?) The pool was heated and the service as the pool bar was great. The food was also good and service was fast during the day. The restaurant does close early (8:00pm with last call around 7:30pm) so if you are looking for any nightly entertainment there is none at this hotel. The location is a bit of a ways from central Bucerias. If you enjoy a long walk it is walkable. We had a golf cart so it was easy to get around.

The staff at check in were awesome. We came quite late but Elias (I think) his name was was super nice and helpful. They brought our bags up to our room and we settled in for the night. He gave us some advice for where to draw and exchange money from trusted places which we appreciated. On the second day, we went to the bank to draw money that he had recommended and left our bank card in the ATM. We only realized when we got back. Malena at the front desk organized a golf buggy to take us back to the bank asap and hallelujah, they had our card safe and sound. We used the pool and got some drinks from the pool bar which were delicious. Unfortunately our stay was only short but it is a beautiful place to stay with very friendly staff.

My Double Room, Partial Ocean View room was very spacious with plenty storage. I enjoyed having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. The mini fridge was well stocked with drinks and water. There were fresh towels available everyday. The air-conditioning was quite strong at times but the room came with a blanket which helped. The common areas were clean and well maintained. It was nice to have 4 pools to choose from. The beach also had enough sun loungers and did not feel too crowded. Only ate at the buffet restaurant throughout our stay (breakfast and dinner) and didn't try the other restaurants. Overall, the quality and variety of food was good. Good resort hotel and would stay here again.

Регистрация прошла очень легко. Номер был чистым, и все было в порядке. Официанты на завтраке, весь персонал на ресепшене и носильщики были очень любезны и эффективны. Завтрак был хорошим, а бар на крыше и бассейны/джакузи были в отличном состоянии. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

Отличная служба и коммуникация для регистрации и регистрации. Расположение действительно идеальное, близко ко всему, включая пляж. Пассажир на крыше тоже был очень милым.

Good location, beautiful beach and close to many restaurants. The room is ok but I think I got something bite me during the night :( Overall is good.

Amazing interiors and great price!!! Would love to stay here again! It was close to the bus station

В целом номер был чистым, но мини-холодильник шумел, поэтому я отключал его на ночь. Он находится немного далеко от центра города, но соотношение цены и качества все равно хорошее. Это достойный выбор.
