Это место находится всего в 7 минутах ходьбы от Гранд-терминала Легаспи (автобусы в другие провинции/регионы и обратно). Оно находится прямо рядом с Pacific Mall с продуктами, аптекой, Watsons и т. д. Также в пешей доступности от Айялы. Также отсюда открывается прекрасный вид на Майон. Тесс и другие сотрудники были очень дружелюбны и услужливы. Шел дождь, поэтому Тесс одолжила нам зонтик.

Отличный отель. За исключением завтраков. Такого невкусной еды я никогда в жизни не ел. При заселении попросил номер с видом на Майон дали без проблем, хотя отель был битком. Были праздники и было очень много отдыхающих филипинцев. В номере всё чисто и аккуратно, постель удобная. Немного шумно с улицы. Немного портит вид из окна грязная речушка, но это всё мелочи. Ещё из минусов, крайне странное расположение розеток в номере.

Общее оформление отеля классическое и элегантное, хотя удобства отеля выглядят немного устаревшими, они содержатся в хорошем состоянии. Обслуживающий персонал очень терпеливый, обслуживание внимательное, цены доступные. Хорошее место для короткой поездки.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

Дружелюбный персонал, заселили в 10 утра. Номер большой и чистый, из окошка видно вулкан. На завтрак силонг и кофе. Хорошее расположение - автовокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы. Из минусов - вайфай пропадает, нет горячей воды, дверь в номер открывается с трудом.

Great location. Very accessible to everything. We even got a free room upgrade!

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️ Thank you so much, A Traveller’s Inn ❤️ P.S. During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.
