Я останавливалась в этом отеле раз 10 за последний год, и все было отлично, но этот раз стал последним. Я оплатила с 12 на 13 улучшений номер, приехала поздно вечером 12, мне дали 217 номер. Захожу туда- это оказался не улучшеный, а обычный номер, но я так устала, не захотела идти менять его, зашла в туалет, поднимаю крышку унитаза, а там -ДЕРЬМО!!! Сообщите в отель и передайте им этот ужас.

Прекрасная, уютная квартира в самом сердце Закопане, в нескольких шагах от Крупувки и других достопримечательностей. Очень удобно как для пеших прогулок, так и для катания на лыжах, так как оттуда очень легко добраться до трасс Татр и подъемников. Также очень услужливая дама на главной стойке регистрации. Я бы с удовольствием вернулся в это место.

Удобства в отеле чистые, обслуживание хорошее, но он находится не в центре города и немного далеко.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Очень доволен. Отель очень новый, цена низкая, завтрак богатый, соотношение цена-качество очень высокое. Город очень красивый и впечатляющий. Я останавливался здесь на одну ночь во время деловой поездки, и можно сказать, что это самый приятный и экономичный отель в моей поездке в Европу. Расположение тоже очень удобное

Я провела невероятное время в этом отеле в Польше! Персонал был приветливым, доброжелательным и всегда готовым помочь с улыбкой. Номера были просторными, чистыми и красиво оформленными, с удобными кроватями и современными удобствами. Мне особенно понравился вкусный завтрак ”шведский стол” каждое утро — множество свежих местных блюд. Расположение идеально подходило для знакомства с городом, рядом с общественным транспортом и основными достопримечательностями. В отеле также была расслабляющая спа-зона, что стало приятным бонусом после долгих дней осмотра достопримечательностей. Я определенно рекомендую это место и с нетерпением жду возможности вернуться сюда снова!
