The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could. The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

Very Good Stay. Very Clean. Nice Staff. I would book again. Beautiful hotel. Parking was expensive.

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Breakfast is incredible and the hotel is spacious and quiet. Clean and sturdy furnishings and nice decorations. Outdoor fireplace with benches is extra touch

Although our trip was brief (overnight) , just coming through from VA to TX. I love the idea of having a nice and clean place to rest and sleep at! Staybridge at Mt. Juliet fits the bill! It was conveniently off the highway, absolutely comfortable and clean . It also had the full sized fridge that we could put our perishables in. Will definitely will be staying in another Staybridge location for our trip to and from my next medical assignment.

Nice hotel. Comfortable. One bad comment-If you want to use their washer/dryers you better bring quarters bc they DO NOT have any nor their restaurant/bar. Gas stations refused to swap Out dollars for quarters. In this day and age machines need to have debit/credit card payment ability. Costs $4 to use!
