Really happy, able to leave the car in the car park and the room was clean, comfortable and had a great stay.

The hotel is perfect for its price range. No room service, which is a minus, night staff found more friendly. Ac not heating enough. Beds abit low and hard mattresses. However, it’s a good hotel overall.

Being away from the city, we spent a lot of money on transportation. But the environment was good

Great location and very helpful friendly staff. Found it comfortable and quiet. Only small negative was the room was to warm.

Great room with coffee and tea provided. The hotel has free parking and opposite a petrol station which is handy for drivers.

Ibis 連鎖酒店風格都很一致，乾淨舒適。前台服務很熱情。距離小鎮的中心走路大約7-9分鐘，鎮子上各種餐館，周邊還有一個大的超市。坐火車到市中心的聖潘克拉斯火車站大約15-20分鐘。

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean, thanks to Barbara who did a very good job and was very pleasant. The room was nice and modern. The whole team of staff was friendly and very professional. The internet worked well and at a good speed. They had food available 24/7. It was easy to park the carfor free during our stay. Shops, restaurants and public transportswere at a.short distance walk. The room was quiet. We would stay here again.

Because my wife has a mobility problem I requested a low floor room as, in the event of a fire alarm, she would be unable to manage a lot of stairs. We were given a ground floor room on arrival which was very good service but was small due to having an extra bed in it. The floor of the shower room was slippery as if it had been polished. Otherwise all was very good and we enjoyed our stay. The food is always good and the bar is relaxing. A car parked in the disabled bay without a blue badge meant we had to use the public car park one night, some people are so selfish and disrespectful. Disability may yet happen to them.

We always stay here when visiting family in the area. Good value for money friendly staff, great locstion and has everything we need.

Very enjoyable stay with helpful staff and a suitable breakfast. My biggest complaint was the hard mattress which was difficult to sleep on.

There is car parking space but the free car park is filled up quickly but paid option is not too expensive. The location is great and M25 is very close by. Comfortable and quiet
