BEWARE, this company is a complete con and the owner is a complete PSYCHO . thank goodness I saved my receipt and when I made my tour booking, my gut told me something wasn’t right. I paid 1,900 for elephant tour, and saved the little ladies # in my phone. so I ended up moving hotels so I sent a text message to her and she told me I have the wrong company then she threatened to call the police but then told me to come and pick up my refund. Thank goodness I got my money back but after that, I kept receiving phone calls and text messages trying to talk to me that she knows which hotel I’m staying at, her text message was threatening to call the police which I told her to do since I have done nothing wrong. This is the worst experience I have experienced in Thailand with the Thai people. This lady is off-the-wall banana. Crazy. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of companies that offer the same service that are legit skip this place and avoid the nightmare.
