Park problems

Beautiful park. I like taking my grandchildren and dogs for a walk. I now avoid this park because of the dogs off leash. Last incident was pretty scary. Wish it was monitored better

This park is owned by the village of manlius. and is situated along limestone creek. There are several pavilions, bbq pits and playground equip for the kids. Well maintained
