Lin Sanzhi Memorial Hall

To commemorate the coming of Lin Sanzhi, an outstanding contemporary master of calligraphy, poet and painter, Lin Sanzhi is the contemporary "Grass Sage". Entering the hall, green ink pools come into view, which make people feel a lot of emotion. To the right is the corridor of more than one hundred meters. The steles made of black granite are inlaid on it. The regular scripts of "Caosheng" Lin Sanzhi, official scripts, running scripts and cursive scripts are eye-catching. Even if the layman looks lively, he can feel the vigor and elegance of calligraphy. The cursive script of "Caosheng" is bold and unrestrained. Today, a famous Japanese calligrapher, Mr. Tsugama Sugi, praises "Caosheng Legacy in this Ong" and his representative work "Sino-Japanese Friendship Poetry" as "the first cursive script of Lin San". Lin Sanzhi's cursive script is called "Lin Ti".

Lin Sanzhi Art Museum is a special art museum established in memory of Mr. Lin Sanzhi. Lin Sanzhi was born in Pukou District of Nanjing City in 1898 and died of illness in Nanjing in 1989. His calligraphy, regular script, official script, line, grass all have their own abilities. It is known as another peak in the history of cursive art in China after the two kings, Huai Su and Wang Duo. It has the reputation of "a generation of masters", "contemporary Grass Sage". He is also highly accomplished in poetry and painting. His many artistic achievements are highly praised by Guo Moruo, Zhao Puchu and Qigong. Shortly after his death, he was named "Ten Outstanding Chinese Calligraphers of the 20th Century" and "Ten Outstanding Chinese Calligraphers of the Millennium", which had a wide influence and was well known both at home and abroad.
