Great walking track on the bay , bird watchers come here to witness the diverse wildlife in their natural habitat

Needs overhaul
I usually come here to go fishing. But I haven't in a while due to the lack of maintenance. Place can be beautiful. But you might only spend 15 minutes here.

How can the city of new York's parks department just neglect such a prime location for a park for all local residents......what a disappointment
