У замка кровавая история - его все никак не могли достроить, пока по предсказанию прорицателя не окропили строительство кровью девочки. Ну а сколько девушек сбросились с башен замка, уже не расскажет ...

Отдых в Апулии

С удовольствием отдыхаю в Апулии и Ории в частности. Тихо, минимум туристов, гораздо дешевле, чем в крупных туристических центрах Италии. Рекомендую.

We made a special trip to visit this castle when on a tour of Svevo castles in Puglia.

I realize now that it was pure luck that we found it open and had a very knowledgeable young lady as a guide.

CLOSED July 2015

The castle is closed for the foreseeable future. According to a local the police closed the castle on instruction of a judge. Shame, it looks the most interesting destination for visitors to Oria.
