Recently renovated historical site
The Campanile in Port Elizabeth has been recently renovated and has now a lift built in it . It is very interesting place to visit.

Poor maintenance but a lovly building and intersting to see how the bells work
PE tourism/municipality need to improve on their tourism places of interest to encourage tourists. This lift never works.

Great structure, but needs some TLC
