Beautiful place. Interesting to see Thomas Harry's tomb stone along with other members of his family. Graveyard and it's surroundings very well kept and cared for.
Lovely
Great place to see Thomas Hardy’s grave that holds his heart and the cat that ate part of it while the doctor wasn’t looking. So to be sure they killed the cat and buried that with his heart.

A lovely peaceful atmosphere, if you enjoy churches and graveyards which we do. Be sure to seek out Hardy's burial place.

Stinsford is a pretty little village just next to Kingston Maurward. The church is very pretty and not overly restored. Thomas Hardy's heart is buried within the cemetery. Worth a visit
