Недавно я останавливался в Holiday Inn Luton Airport и в целом получил положительные впечатления. Расположение отеля невероятно удобное, особенно для ранних утренних рейсов, так как он находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы или езды на автобусе от терминала. Номера были чистыми, современными и ухоженными, с особенно удобной кроватью, которая обеспечивала хороший ночной сон перед ранним рейсом. Кроме того, персонал был приветливым и эффективным, сделал регистрацию и выезд гладкой и помог с любыми вопросами. Ресторан на территории отеля предлагает приличный выбор блюд, а завтрак «шведский стол» был обильным с хорошим выбором блюд. Обслуживание номеров было быстрым, а качество еды было удовлетворительным. Отель также предоставляет хорошие удобства, включая фитнес-центр, бесплатный Wi-Fi и бизнес-услуги, с большой парковкой для тех, кто приезжает на машине. Однако близость к аэропорту приносит неизбежный шум от самолетов. Хотя окна звукоизолированы, чутко спящие люди все равно могут его заметить. I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Минут 10 ходьбы от аэропорта Лутона, тишина, самолетов не слышно, постельное белье чистое, завтрак не брала, двери в 2 часа ночи были закрыты, но рядом со входом объявление, что если по кнопке двери не открываются, надо позвонить, но мне повезло - звонить не пришлось, быстро заселили и все объяснили. Что удивительно, ресторан в отеле работал и в 2 часа ночи. В целом рекомендую отель для ночевки после аэропорта Лутона и до него.

Great hotel close to the airport; staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended 👏

Good location and parking available on site. There is a M&S at the service station which was very near. Breakfast was good too. Overall a good stay.

Our stay at the Mecure Bedford was lovely.The hotel is well located close to the city centre and a beautiful river with swans. The check in was quick and easy and the lady that checked us in was lovely. The hotel room felt a bit basic with no tooth brushes tea bags or cups in the room or mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was absolutely amazing it made up for any downsides. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was great.The coffee was top tier as well. Well done! Enjoyed our stay and will return for that breakfast😄😄

Easy check in and out. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast options good but would have loved a tastier coffee!

We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!
