The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. После катания на лыжах стоит посетить открытый онсэн в 白樺之湯, и я бы рекомендовал насладиться им в дневное время. Мы также попробовали услуги массажа в отеле, и это было действительно здорово и расслабляюще! Единственное, что можно улучшить, — это то, что сами номера немного устарели и, возможно, стоит подумать о ремонте в ближайшие годы. В магазинах много еды, напитков и сувениров. Нам также подарили большой набор фейерверков, которыми мы могли расплачиваться вместе с детьми прямо у отеля на снежном склоне. В целом, нам понравилось пребывание, а склоны и горнолыжная школа великолепны!

Conveniently located beside JR Morioka station and Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line with the bus terminus across the road in front of the hotel and also housed within the same building as the FESAN Shopping Mall. Room was spacious and the breakfast (buffet style) in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant was good. City sightseeing bus stops at 5pm so I opted to walk to Morioka Castle/Park which took about 20mins to reach.

Hotel is around 1km out from Morioka station. Road towards the hotel is really bumpy with a lot of uneven surfaces. If you have heavy luggage or not physically strong enough, I suggest taking a taxi. the rooms are really spacious and value for its money. It’s very near supermarket, shopping district and right smack in the middle of 2 7-11. Right around the corner is the morioka castle. Overall, if you are a light traveller, highly recommend this hotel.

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

Great location for hikers on the Michinoku Coastal Trail. We booked the stay with dinner and breakfast, and the dinner was an outstanding multi-course kaiseki style meal. The onsen is a great relief after a hard day of hiking too.

The welcome desert is very nice. The dinner is a set course with abalone, beef and also come with buffet choice, it's out of expectation. The onsen is good. In the evening, there was local dance show.
