It was great had breakfast

The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was great but the drain in the shower didn’t do well

The location was perfect for my needs, right of Shields and I-35 on the Service Road. If you need to go NB to I-240, taking Shields is a great alternative to getting back on I-35, because the traffic in that particular area tends to be bottleneck. Все сотрудники, с которыми я столкнулся, были очень дружелюбны и вежливы. Комната была большой и очень красивой и чистой, кровать была комфортной с большим количеством подушек. Ванна была очень чистой-нет пятен или ремонта. Мне очень понравилось ходить в душ. Я даже был впечатлен тем, что там есть маленькие бутылки шампуня, кондиционер, лук и маленькие бары мыла; последние пару отелей, которые я остановил, сказали, что это стало слишком дорого, чтобы обеспечить их. Единственная жалоба, если мне придётся придумать одну, заключалась в том, что вентилятор испарения в ванной не сработал. Все в моей собаке и у меня было отличное пребывание. Это будет мой отель-мотель, когда мне нужно будет снова приехать в город.

The food could a lil bit better! The sausage tastes like water!! Biscuits were hard!!hey definitely need people to actually clean my daughter found condoms in our room!! Definitely not something they leave for the guests!! They didn't even do anything about it unfortunately so yea definitely not for children apparently or people that hate bacteria!! But definitely was the worst!!

I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.
