Оаксака, Мексика: отели на тему «Пляж»

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

We arrived for one night after a long day. We were tired and room had to be changed due to at end first floor near road. Entertainment kept us up but did end by 11 pm Food was not great since we don’t like ioriental. Breakfast was ok but all good cold. Reservation was all inclusive Invoice said dinner Feb 10 Breakfast and lunch Feb 11. We missed lunch due to check out at 1 pm. Should not be on ********* invoice that way Sorry wouldn’t advise others of this place or come back

Lovely little place, there was nothing to fault with it but also nothing really blew me away. It has a sort of upmarket hostel vibe. Like it is clean, lovely service but the screen door to my room fell off, but they fixed it right away. There was a whole water cooler bottle of drinking water but the contraption to use it was a bit weird. The view from my room was amazing, but the whole place was just a little tired. Lovely people though and it felt very safe.

Мы любили опыт, чистые, красивые, романтические кабины.. Качество кровати и диванов, очень хорошо. Внимание девочек заставляет вас чувствовать себя дома, супер внимательным и дал нам рекомендации посетить красивые пляжи поблизости. Я беспокоился, потому что думал, что они очень уволены, но ничего не видно, это очень легко получить. Мы, конечно, вернемся. Спасибо за ваше внимание.

Nice hotel at Playa Zicatela. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds and efficient aircon and WiFi. Breakfast included with good menu choice. Great swimming pools with fair priced drinks available from the bar.

That‘s a very very nice hotel! The rooms and the service are outstanding! It combines everything you need for an unbelievable stay in Puerto Escondido! When we go to P.E. We simply have to stay there! See you again soon my dear Hotel Santa Fe.

The staff was super friendly. The room very clean. It’s a very nice property close to the beach. And the value for money is excellent.
