I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

Антикулярное здание, интерьер, завтрак, услуга и помощь от сотрудников: все это сделало пребывание очень приятным и комфортным. - Вода протекала. Ремонтер быстро пришел, но после этого снова возникла проблема. Предложение: сделать горячую воду в течение дня для гостей без необходимости просить ее на приеме.

Завтрак был действительно хорошим и вкусным. Персонал был очень дружелюбным, я написала им, чтобы поменять номер, но они мне не ответили, поэтому я советую им проверять сообщения и отвечать своевременно. Спальня с одной двуспальной кроватью была очень хорошей. Вариантов с двумя односпальными кроватями было немного, хотя номер был чистым. Кондиционер работает очень хорошо. Отель очень удачно расположен в центре города, в шаговой доступности есть несколько ресторанов и баров.

Довольно неплохо~ Очень большой~ Лучше жить наверху! Очень новый~ Рядом мало ресторанов. Чувствовал себя довольно безопасно. Удобства: Новые Чистота: Новая Обстановка: Новая Обслуживание: Новое Нет тапочек~ Нет зубных щеток~ В общем, все нужно просить заранее.

Title: Great Historic Charm but Noisy Rooms I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a beautiful 16th-century building that once belonged to the governor of Hispaniola. The historic charm is undeniable, and the interior has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. However, my room faced the main road and the port, which meant a lot of noise and exhaust fumes from traffic. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide sufficient sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—great variety and quality. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard.

Pro: -safe area even at night, because just beside the militery area of the presidential palace, even at 10pm there is still a grocery open. - Breakfast is simple but good enough: toast with cheese and ham, coffee and a boiled egg. -Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, can refill drinking water. -500m walking to the gate of the colonial area. - Taxi stand is at the same street - Nice, spacious outdoor, sitting area - A personal fridge in the room Cons: -A bit noisy from the road/a bar until around midnight. - Shower is not really hot (only slightly warm).

Not at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!
