Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

Мы чувствовали себя частью большой семьи, и общение с персоналом отеля было невероятно комфортным. При регистрации дежурный персонал даже сразу зарегистрировал меня как члена IHG Group — что было бы целой кучей проблем, если бы я делал это сам. Один этот заботливый жест уже многое говорил об их стремлении к превосходному обслуживанию. Помимо их исключительного гостеприимства, всё, от чистоты и порядка, было просто идеальным. Наличие таких необходимых удобств, как паровой утюг с гладильной доской и фен, делало пребывание ещё более приятным. Нам также предоставили номер с потрясающим видом на горы — поистине лучшим видом! Такие удобства, как бассейн и джакузи с прекрасным видом, а также хорошо оборудованный тренажерный зал, сыграли решающую роль в выборе этого отеля. Еще одним преимуществом нашего пребывания стал завтрак — огромный выбор! От местных блюд до блюд интернациональной кухни — все было восхитительно. Салаты были свежими, а выбор фруктов — высочайшего качества. Фрукты были красиво выставлены в стеклянной витрине и подавались сотрудниками ресторана, а не разносились даром, что помогло минимизировать отходы. Если нужного фрукта не было видно, можно было просто попросить, и они доставали его из холодильника и нарезали специально для вас. Они даже спрашивали, не нужен ли мне йогурт к фруктам. Вот это да! Какое внимательное обслуживание! И да, у них было просто восхитительное мороженое. Также предлагались восхитительные блюда ближневосточной кухни. Сладкие десерты были не слишком приторными и просто восхитительными. Если бы я пыталась всё здесь описать, это заняло бы целую вечность — ха-ха! И ещё кое-что: во время посещения бассейна я поскользнулся и подвернул лодыжку. Я попросил лёд для компресса, и сотрудники службы обслуживания номеров прислали мне ведерко со льдом из ресторана и два маленьких полотенца. Такая внимательность действительно впечатлила. Без сомнения, мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда в будущем. Ещё раз спасибо всему персоналу отеля за то, что сделали наше пребывание таким незабываемым. ---

I’ve stayed at Mason Pine Hotel several times now, and it never disappoints—definitely a repeater guest. The atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing staycation.the front office & all The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are well maintained. Every visit feels consistently pleasant, and somehow even better each time. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bandung in a Suite King room, which was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for a family stay. While the hotel has fewer facilities compared to some larger resorts and the swimming pool is relatively small, the overall environment was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast without many standout items, but it was sufficient for a relaxed morning. Overall, the large suite and comfortable setting made it a good option for a family holiday.

Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.

The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.
