A truly wonderful hotel. With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional. The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time. All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling. Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it. We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay. We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel! All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

Отличный курорт на северном побережье Азорских островов. Тропа вдоль побережья от отеля очень хорошая. Вокруг есть несколько ресторанов, в отеле подают хорошие завтраки, а также на территории отеля есть ресторан, открытый на обед и ужин. Подходит для семей, персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Они могут помочь вам забронировать экскурсии и вызвать такси.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean and wonderful food, especially the breakfast. The dinner menu was also very good but could use a little more variety

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

Отличное расположение, курорт обладает всеми условиями, чтобы считаться лучшим на острове, но, похоже, он сильно ограничен в ресурсах. Номера не очень чистые; очевидно, что уборка поверхностная. Номер просторный, но мини-бар пустой. Туалетные принадлежности, похоже, разбавлены водой, чтобы продлить срок их службы. Завтрак очень скудный, выбор небольшой, обслуживание плохое, качество плохое, а еды мало. Бассейн холодный, а джакузи непрезентабельное... 5-звёздочный отель, которому за такое обслуживание не стоит ставить больше 3, просто ужасно!

Hotel Top 10 ,parfait en tout,de l’emplacement en passant par les commodités jusqu’à à l’accueil. Que dire de l’accueil sinon qu’il était excellent,le personnel sont d’une simplicité et sympathie rarement vu à laquelle je joint leur compétence à tous les niveaux (de l’accueil à la femme de chambre,et surtout je n’oublie la restam qui a été un vrai moment de bonheur,continuez comme ça vous êtes top top top) Merci pour tout  10/10
