The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

I like how it is in the Bandung city and it's not that jammed. I like it is near to all shopping places. I can just walk about 600m to Passr Baru Square. Walk about 600m to Jalan Braga. I love it.. will pick this hotel again. I like the indomee to choose on breakfast buffet. 😍

Travelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

СУПЕР РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! Я давно не останавливался в Пунчаке, может быть, больше 15 лет, я приехал сюда снова с детьми и решил остановиться в Royal Safari Garden, и это был правильный выбор. Расположение: очень стратегическое, с мини-рынком, сафари-парком и закусочной. Удобства: полностью!!! Не просто номера, а мини-зоопарк, шоу птиц, аквапарк, завтрак с животными, детская площадка, игровая комната и многое другое. Сервис: все были очень дружелюбны, начиная от охраны, стойки регистрации, консьержа, команды ресторана и заканчивая обслуживанием бассейна, все были очень хорошими, дружелюбными и очень услужливыми. Личная рекомендация, если вы можете остановиться более чем на 1 ночь, потому что переночевать будет недостаточно, очень приятный отель для отдыха с семьей. Один из лучших отелей в Бандунге с видом на город из района Даго, расположенный на довольно возвышенности, но недалеко от центра города, рядом с городским лесом. В отеле есть пейзажный бассейн и рекомендуемый завтрак по достойной цене.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Good location, got a good swimming pool and games like air hockey and billiard. The location is great which is in the city center The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big But we got our room upgraded which was nice. Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.
