Ассам, Индия: отели категории 3 звезды

Очень хороший отель, номер чистый, за исключением ванной комнаты. Персонал неквалифицированный, а качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего. Им стоит прекратить звонить гостям по несколько раз в номер, когда они ничего не заказали на ужин. Мне звонили трижды в течение дня, когда я отдыхал в номере. У меня было такое чувство, будто меня обвиняют в том, что я ничего не заказал в ресторане. Они не понимают, насколько это грубо, и считают это нормой для индийских отелей, но иностранцев очень раздражает вопрос: «Сэр, вы хотите что-нибудь заказать на ужин?».

Very good clean hotel near ISBT Jorhat. From the airport it takes 20 minutes. I stayed at Annex building which is 250 m away from the main hotel building. Free shuttle service available between main building and annex but it is just walkable distance. You can take breakfast either at annex (set menu) or at main building (mostly vegetarian buffet), no extra charge. The only issue is that the window pane in the room has a gap and the outside noise came in from the gap space, so it should be fixed to air-tight. The wall sound-proof is good but window and door are not.

Продовольствие в ресторане было разумно ценообразовано и обслуживалось своевременно. Комнаты были хорошо обслуживаемы, и у отеля есть резервная копия DG для проблем с электроснабжением. Служба была оперативной. Отель позволяет доставлять продукты питания через агенты поставки.

Номер Делюкс был таким маленьким. Занавеска такая тонкая и не может обеспечить полную конфиденциальность. В остальном номер и ванная чистые. Не было никаких плохих маленьких и никаких проблем с водой. Хорошо для однодневного пребывания.

The room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

Best hotel in Sivsagar. Located within walkable distance from Sibdol but you can easily catch auto-rickshaws in front of the hotel. Many shops nearby and quiet at night. The room is very clean and the bed is super-comfy and you can sink yourself into softness comfort. 4 water bottles are supplied in the double room, bathroom shower water pressure is strong and warm up immediately. The breakfast is fresh and healthy.

Just a short stay, hotel room was nice and comfortable. The location is relatively far from the Airport. The hotel surroundings is currently under going a major high way development so getting to the location is currently challenging as there were road diversion.

It was a lovely property. Far from the city crowds and accessible to all basic needs at the same time. The stay was very clean and maintained. The receptionist was also very polite and very responsive. Also the breakfast was good
