Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Во время поездки у моего мужа болела спина. Я пыталась попросить на ресепшене жёсткий матрас. Приятная девушка на ресепшене отреагировала очень любезно и быстро и связалась с горничной. Когда я вернулась в отель, горничная уже нашла решение проблемы и оставила любезное сообщение, как указано ниже. Хочу поблагодарить их за помощь.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

Прекрасный отель, персонал был очень любезным и отзывчивым. После выезда нам предстояло сесть на ночной автобус, и персонал любезно разрешил нам воспользоваться душем в тренажерном зале, мы были очень рады возможности восстановить силы. Персонал попросил нас чувствовать себя как дома, и мы прекрасно провели время. Завтрак очень хороший, бесплатный ужин тоже хорош, каждый вечер разные блюда. У них даже есть послеобеденное время для перекуса и кофе. Мы были поражены уровнем обслуживания и вниманием к каждому клиенту.

Definitely a busier part of town but we enjoyed being in the middle of it. Could see and hear the water fountains in the park from window. There is a little second level perch/balcony which was amazing to sit at during the evening sun while sipping some of the delicious white wine provided by hotel. Easy walk to the train stations and overall great location for walking to all of the places we wanted to go to. Beds were very comfortable and we had excellent sleep! Morning breakfast was amazing and had a very nice ambiance! I can’t believe the fresh juice station and health shots…America needs to step up the game as far as hotel breakfasts.
